We had an incredible experience working with Sarah. I was in a rough place when we reached out to her--getting no sleep at all and baby couldn't sleep alone at all (we exclusively coslept and carry napped). When we met with Sarah during our initial consult, she offered what we thought would be an experience of a personalized sleep plan that would include specific helpful tips for our baby and an onsite visit where she could give real time help. Ultimately the options were Cry it Out or Low Cry Method and the information offered mirrored that which a person could find via AI or Google searching. Also, we wanted the onsite visit to take place during the baby's bedtime routine (that's where we struggled the most and got to the desperate stage when we reached out to Sarah) but that ultimately wasn't an option. We really needed real time help and support versus over emails that typically came with "solutions" that pointed back to Cry it Out or Low Cry. Our baby was also undergoing some health related adjustments at the time that impacted his sleep comfort but Sarah dismissed them as mostly non-events. She did suggest our baby get a lovey to help with his sleep training. We did take that advice and our baby enjoys his lovey but not sure that was worth the $800 spend. read more

We are so thankful for the help Sarah gave us with our son. When we contacted Sarah our son was 5.5 months old and sleeping in 1-2 hour chunks at night and would only nap if he was held. This is a review from a Dad's perspective. In my situation I had to start helping our daughter sleep while my wife started working her night shifts again.
