When we arrived, I was asked for my card again even though I had already provided it. I explained this, but was told it was still needed. The next day, I noticed two separate charges on my account--$89.95 and $129.95, both pending totaling $219.90 for a service that was supposed to be under $90. This is unacceptable. I understand mistakes can happen, but this feels careless at best and predatory at worst. It's extremely frustrating and makes me wonder how many others have had similar issues without catching it. I shouldn't have to monitor my account like a hawk to make sure I wasn't double-billed. I'm giving this review in hopes that the business will address this kind of error and take accountability. Customers shouldn't have to chase down unexpected charges for a simple gift appointment.
