We bought a house and our builder ended up using them as their realtor…read more WHAT A JOKE! Our realtor would call and e-mail them and it would take weeks to get back to us! We scheduled an appointment to come in and pick out our floor plan, colors, countertops, cabinets, etc. The appointment was at 1PM. The realtor (Kassie) had double booked appointments. We had some questions about the contract and she was shocked that we would even question anything. She was bouncing between us and another couple buying a home. Our own realtor was shocked over how things were handled. We ended up spending 4 hours in their office because even though she knew we were coming she didn't have the countertop samples!! She had given them out to someone to take home and look over and forgot to get them back. She ended up not getting them back until almost 5PM. We had all the paperwork filled out and ready to go, we were literally waiting on those samples. We finally got them and it took us 15 minutes to pick them out. Kassie was going on vacation that weekend and when 5PM hit she went to leave. I DO NOT THINK SO! We waited for those freaking samples for hours only to have you bail so you didn't have to submit our contract to the builder before you left for vacation? Avoid this place like the plague. They are so incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, and honestly I feel like there's likely something going on behind the scenes. It doesn't help that Tate Cymbaluk serves on the Planning and Zoning committee, something that would be illegal in most areas considering he's a realtor as well. Conflict of interest much?!

I was looking for property values for my father's home 9 months ago. I was not interested in…read moreworking with an agent and never contacted David. I have politely asked him to remove me from his email list and explained my father purchased a house months ago. His emails do not have an unsubscribe option. The last email I let him know I would post a negative review. I still continue to get emails. Do NOT use David unless you want to be pestered indefinitely!!
