She's an amazing cat groomer. I've never had such a good groom for my cat (Persian/Himalayan mix). My cat's fur was starting to get long and scraggy, which means mats will start forming. Sarah is great, we love her and so does our doggy Kunu! We adopted our doggy last summer from the shelter and he was kind of squirmy initially, and are first time dog-owners, so we wanted to make sure he was thoroughly and properly cleaned for his first bath. He's a small dog, chihuahua/terrier mix. Sarah was extremely patient with him and spent time just getting him comfortable and soothing him before she did any of the grooming tasks. We later switched to her mobile grooming service, since it was better for our schedule. Kunu was scared the first couple of times, but he has since learned that she is there to give him a fun "spaw day" and he gets to return home immediately afterwards. With each appointment, he trusted her more and recently allowed her to brush his teeth, trim his nails, AND use the dremel tool to file them. We were so impressed! Sarah is very punctual and kind, and her prices are very reasonable. She is also very knowledgable and has given us advice on products we can pick up to also do maintenance/grooming at home. read more

Sarah truly cares about the pups. I brought my dog to her a few times before he passed. He was old, anxious, and peed in her carpet (twice). Sarah took it all in stride and treated him with so much love and care, as if he was her own dog. Sarah is super sweet and did a great job on my Eskie. She took her time getting my clingy dog off of me..lol. She knew the breed and made sure what she was about to do was to my satisfaction. I really do like it that she texted me 10 - 15 min when she is done, so I can head over to pick her up. Then, she texted once she is completely done. I love the follow-up and follow thru. When I picked her up, Sarah did go over what she did and also things to watch out for as she noticed some hair loss due to maybe allergies and other things I would not have been aware of, which is great Info as I am a new dog owner. Sarah is absolutely kind and professional groomer! I have been taking my buddy to chain groomers for years. Recent experiences with them scare me away and I resisted to take my buddy in with them. I could see my buddy behaved weird when I was in the store. One time I saw red mark on his skin after grooming and I was shock they didn't even tell me when I picked him up. Poor little guy! HANDS DOWN! BEST PET GROOMER IN THE BAY! Sarah is super sweet and kind. I brought a cat that I was cat sitting for a bath. Sarah suggested a flea bath since I told her I saw some fleas on him and I'm glad I went forward with it. Not only did she do a good job on BLUE she also texted me on what to do if my home was infested in fleas. (Wasn't aware the cat had fleas to begin with when he was dropped off) she texted me steps on what to clean, what products she recommended. Like honestly, what groomer does that?! It wasn't a one type of sentence text, it was literally paragraphs. Sarah is so amazing I swear to you! 3 days later I message her because I used a flea medicine on the cat and it looked like he had gotten an allergic reaction to the medicine. I called a vet first but they weren't so helpful. Sarah asked me if I had his Flea collar on which I did. She told me to remove it off because different types of flea treatment can be too much for his skin, after taking the collar I washed the red area off with dawn liquid soap also and 2 hrs later blue was looking good. I know Sarah isn't a veterinary but I love a person that has so much compassion on what they do. I felt like Sarah was a go to type a friend. So if you are looking for a new groomer because your last one mistreated or did a horrible trim on your fury babies, give Sarah a call. Trust me, you won't regret it. I went back to Sarah two weeks later to get my 12 year old baby groomed. Antar has epilepsy and anxiety. most of the times when I pick him up from his old groomer he's having a seizure. Ugh worst days of my life. My poor baby!!!!!!! But with Sarah I tell you, I picked up antar and he was good as new. No cuts or seizure thank heavens. read more

I just wanted to send an update of my current experience with Sarah the groomer. I brought my dog, Daisy, to her back when she was 7 months old. Daisy is now two and a half and loves every visit from Sara. Actually I'm excited too, every time she comes. Although you can get your dog groomed for a cheaper price if you bring her to a place where there are lots of dogs waiting in cages to be picked up, I prefer that my dog be pampered while she is being groomed. Sarah is the best at this, you can tell she really loves her job and my dog comes out in the best condition every time. Daisy has an allergy itch problem and Sarah has gone the extra mile to make sure that she has the oatmeal shampoo that Daisy needs. I can't say enough good things about her it is always a wonderful experience every time she comes. I wish there were more stars that I could give her. read more

We had Sarah bath our rather grumpy older long haired cat. He's super anxious and generally scared of new and loud experiences. Sarah was amazing!!! She took the time to calm him down, give him skritches until he was comfy and then continued to sooth him throughout the bathing process. We are so pleased with Oliver's grooming! We found Sarah on Yelp and went because of the reviews. All those 5 stars were correct. Sarah is prompt with getting back to you, responsive to your requests/needs, quick to fit you into her schedule. We messaged, and subsequently texted which is so much easier so we are appreciative, and she got us in the next day! Our labradoodle puppy was extremely matted, had only ever been professionally groomed once, and is very active/antsy with strangers. I've tried to groom him myself before to no avail. He thinks I'm playing, freaks out about scissors, gets worked up and nippy, etc. The one time he was groomed at a pet store, they told us there was zero chance of getting his face because he was too "aggressive." We picked him up from that "big box" pet store and he was panicky, acting weird and skidding. Unlike him. However, the mats were so bad this time that we needed to bring him in somewhere and we found Sarah! Sarah was waiting for us upon arrival. Her disposition is happy, laid back, confident. I left thinking "good freaking luck!" and came back incredibly shocked and so happy. She was patient. She was communicative via text when he was ready/about an early opening. His haircut was perfection. She got every mat. She said he was fine - nothing like the last groomer said. I think that speaks to Sarah's expertise, experience and demeanor. She is sincerely kind and loves dogs. What a wonderful experience! I chose Sarah's service based on her Yelp reviews and I'm totally satisfied. My Cavapoo is friendly and nervous around new people and beasts since he doesn't go out much.
