Dustin is the best dog groomer we've ever had! We met Dustin almost 8 years ago as we were trying out different dog groomer locations. It's honestly like trying to find a good hairdresser! We have always said that we would follow Dustin wherever he goes. Dustin has always been incredible with our dogs. Not only is he an expert in what he does but you can tell he takes pride in his work. We love that! The whole Just Dawgin' It team is so amazing and nice but they are also very talented. Our dogs, Bella and Waffles, always leave super happy. We can tell they feel so great after their wash and grooming! And happy dogs always translates to happy people! Kimchi, our dog, has been getting his hair cut with Julie for a few years(she's great btw). Recently we schedule with Allie and she's been cutting his hair for a while now and we absolutely love his cuts. Allie communicates when he's almost ready he's always good to go when we arrive. We have been going to Just Dawgin It for around 2 years now and we are obsessed. The team is always so excited to see our dog Daisy, and she always leaves with an incredible haircut. We've always struggled to find a groomer with a reasonable price, who does a good job, in a reasonable amount of time, but Dustin and his team somehow have accomplished all 3. Our dog gets her best haircut she's ever gotten, she is normally done within 2-3 hours, and all at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a groomer in Concord this is absolutely what you're looking for. read more

Found a gem in concord! My dog is a difficult one and he needs drugs to get him to cooperate. I have been charged extra in the past due to his difficult nature but I'm happy I found this place! They were accommodating and understanding. Even asked if I liked to prebook his next appointment so it was a good sign they weren't too annoyed with him. Allie is amazing! If you have doodle ask for her she gives the best haircuts. I was pretty pleased with her work. Baker needed a shorter hair cut but not too short around the face. Today was my first time visiting Just Dawgin' It but Alli had done Kobe's grooming a couple of times before at her previous location where she was at. After the very first time she groomed Kobe, I was instantly impressed. I remember Kobe left her care feeling and looking happy and confident. Priscilla did a great job with my EB Eugene, no easy task. She was quick & very thorough. Eugene came out smelling like a rose. The shop was clean, all the dogs were calm and quiet, taking their haircuts with no protests. Priscilla and the other groomer, Dustin, were very friendly and accomodated my last minute appointment. I stayed loyal despite having my appointments canceled or rescheduled multiple times due to illness or scheduling conflicts. Each time, I was understanding because I know life happens. The one time I was running late, however, there was zero flexibility or willingness to accommodate me. It's disappointing when the understanding only goes one way. Loyalty should be a two-way street. Customer service isn't just about grooming dogs--it's about how you treat the people who support your business. Unfortunately, I no longer feel valued here and will be taking my business elsewhere. Yes, if your dog is pretty calm and if you could reserve a couple hours of your day to ensure you drop/ pick up in a timely manner. Other than that they do get your dog looking good when you pick up.

This is my second time coming here, and when I say I will be back, I mean it! I love this grooming place! My dogs have never looked better. I have an 11-year-old Chihuahua and a 1-year-old Jack Russell mixed with Maltese. They both shed an excessive amount of hair, it's unbelievable how much they drop. The first time I came, Priscilla gave them a bath and recommended that I bring them in every three months. She also suggested that a haircut would help control the excessive shedding for my mixed pup. Today, I left feeling so happy and amazed at how clean and adorable my dogs looked. The haircut was exactly what he needed, and they both smell incredible! The price was great too, much better than going to Petco or another groomer that charges a fortune but has little experience. My favorite dog groomer of many years recently retired, thus began my search for a replacement. Very, very hard to replace Kathleen. After a few fails, I lucked onto Alli in Pleasant Hill. I couldn't be happier with Benson's new groomer. Now Alli has joined a newly opened shop in downtown Concord, Just Dawgin' it! This is a new shop with very friendly, experienced staff, and I see such beautifully groomed puppers coming out of there. It's an open shop and you can see just what's going on. I like that. Alli always checks with me on how I want the trim on Benson, and he comes out so handsome. If you're searching for a new groomer, I definitely recommend you give Allie a try. She's very professional and always sends me a reminder message, good thing, and scheduling is never a problem. These miracle workers have transformed grooming into a tail-wagging spa day for her. Not only do they give Snickerdoodle the most adorable cuts, but their kindness knows no bounds. When I had an injury, they gently helped me get her in and out of the car - talk about going the extra mile! Before we found these groomers, Snickerdoodle's grooming experiences were so traumatic! Just Dawgin It is a new dog grooming salon started by 5 groomers who have worked together for many years. I have been taking my dog Schroeder to Julee for years. She has always done a great job with both long and shorter hair cuts, bathing and overall grooming. In addition, Julee and all the grommers are very caring and truly love their doggie clients. The business is very professionally run, the prices are reasonable and it seems like everybody there is happy. It's nice to walk into a place with such good energy. read more

Lexi is amazing. She was my Bernedoodle Cocos first groomer and a year later Lexi continues to do a beautiful job making my sweet pup look adorable. Many dogs do not like grooming. When Coco see Lexi she can't wait for a cuddle. Lexi is skilled, enthusiastic and very loving to the pups she grooms. It's a winning combination! And the huge bonus, Coco is in and out in about 2 hours!! Fantastic. read more

I recently rescued a shih tsu who was in terrible condition. She was dirty and matted and had a bad ear infection. Alli was so good with her, taking extra care to keep her ears dry. She was so happy when she was done. I'm glad she had a great experience! The shop is clean, the people are nice and it has a great energy. read more

Congrats to Julee and her team on the new location. My 7 year-old mini-schnauzer has been a happy girl at drop-off and pick-up from day-one and always looks beautiful. Julee is great! You can see her and her team working together to make sure your puppy gets a good grooming. I love how they don't keep the dogs for longer times that need it. Make sure you arrive on time to your appt. read more
