I do notice employees cleaning after dogs do their business so I don't feel like it's a lack of effort on their part. However, I feel as though it might be a matter of the flooring used? I'm not sure. Other than that I have no complaints. Although, it would be nice to have cameras installed throughout the facility so we could see the dogs playing virtually!

Many adverse things can be said about a place when something unfortunate occurs, especially if the place and people show no accountability around the incident, but Dana did the opposite. My coworker and I drop off our dogs at Fuzzy's, and her pup Dune is a lumbering hulk of an Aussie; he's an oaf that comes from a traumatized background, so when we heard his ear got bit by another dog, and he was bleeding and admitted to the vet, we dashed over from work to check on his wellbeing. He needed stitches and rest to recuperate. We went over to Fuzzy's to find out what happened, and my gosh, Dana was so transparent and responsible, showed us the footage from different angles, took care of the vet bill completely, and even gave Dune a head sock. It turns out that the dog that perpetrated the attack was resource-guarding his food, and Dune unthinkingly went into his "space", which set him off. Dana and the staff were incredibly kind. They walked us through all the protocols they followed and explained how they intend to prevent future incidents. My coworker felt reassured, and I felt like my two boys were in great hands. My dogs are always happy to get in, and Dune, my mate's dog, despite having been hurt there by another pup, is manic about going in. Dana is super helpful and supportive. She also recently noticed that the dogs we leave in her care spell DOG together - Dune, Onyx, and Granite. That's how endearing she is. Definitely go here. They also have the best toys on display.

Roxy had groomed my dogs since they were puppies and was truly one of a kind--patient, loving, and always treating my boys like her own. So when she entrusted Bonni with her clients, I had no hesitation. I knew she wouldn't have passed the torch to anyone but the best. Bonni quickly earned my full trust--and the love of my dogs. One of the best parts is that she kept Lorna, Roxy's original assistant, who my dogs also adored. My Havanese never loved getting groomed, but when Roxy and Lorna showed up, his tail wagged, and he was always happy to see them. The same became true with Bonni. Even my elderly Chihuahua, who hates having his nails trimmed, would get excited to see her. They would practically fight over who got to go first when Bonni arrived! I especially want to thank Bonni and Lorna for the love and care they gave my sweet Havanese, Teddy, in the last 9 months of his life. He passed away in September 2025 at age 13 from heart failure, and he was on a lot of medication and needed extra gentle care. Every visit from Bonni and Lorna felt like a gift. No matter how he was feeling, he'd come back from their grooming truck looking like a happy puppy again--beautifully groomed, tail wagging, and smiling from ear to ear. Their skill is amazing, but their love is what truly sets them apart. We recently welcomed a new Havanese puppy, and I can't wait to book his first spa day with Daily Dogs once his coat grows in. Bonni and Lorna are absolute gems. I cannot recommend this business enough. If you're looking for groomers who are not only talented but genuinely love dogs like their own, look no further.

She took care of our dogs, Mason (17yo) Bichon and Molly (15yo) Bichon mix. Mason was so old that Lorena bought special hammock for him, because he couldn't stand up anymore. She was so gentle with him, even though Mason had a bunch of skin tags. I know he loved Lorena. I remember his happy face every time i saw Mason after grooming. Mason passed away in May 2022. Lorena is now taking care of Molly, Mason's sister. Lorena is the best, she has love that given to all dogs she takes care of. Bonnie and Lorena are a perfect team. It is so convenient to have Molly be groomed close to home.

It can be a gamble when giving someone access to your home. Asking that person to take care of your family (pets) brings it up a notch. Carrie immediately won my parents over (not an easy feat) with her bubbly personality and clear passion for animals. We use Carrie's services when my parents travel. I am the go-to overnight pet-sitter for them but due to my long, unpredictable work hours, Carrie will come over 1-2 times daily to walk and feed Sadie. Carrie does not charge extra when my dog Bentley is there and takes him along on walks. Each visit Carrie leaves an adorable note on the counter with a recap. My parents dog (Sadie) is extremely fearful due to an abusive past owner. Carrie has won her over with patience and treats. This note is one of my favorites from Carrie: Sadie did excellent on our walks!! She and Bentley were so happy to see me each time I came. In fact, they never even barked at me (Not even on my first visit). We had a few beautiful sunny days which the dogs loved. Twice we went to the park. It was such a pleasure walking Sadie (and Bentley). The three of us became good pals. She is a great dog! My dog has been there a month and never a mention of an issue until today when I picked him up. I was told he is marking everywhere and the exact words said were "we are going to have to put a bladder bag on him or get rid of him". I'm from CA and we were taking him to daycare every day and never an issue. They loved him so much!!!!!!! My dog has never had that issue. I discussed with my vet why would my dog start doing this and the answer is stress!!!!!!!!! They were causing him so much stress and over stimulating him. Every time I would pick him up he would be 100% dehydrated. And all the pictures of him on Facebook confirm that. I'm reporting to the BBB. My dog has no issue with marking nor has he ever. This place is a joke.

From opening running on a large farm, to fun excursions to the shoreline along Puget sound, to playing "following the leader" in large dog parks, she treats each pup with individual attention, as well as, inspiring (and doggie tiring) group play. And for the "moms and dads" she documents each adventure in photos. And we have no idea how she "herds" the pack and takes such heartwarming and stunning photos. My golden had to go to the Er because he cut waaay to close under my furry baby's ears and he developed a really bad infection- the owner never even bothered to pay the bill! My baby was in the guy's care-- any dog groomers should flip the bill for them being dumb and not paying attention to what they were doing! He caused the problem- he should've at least give us a free groom. Never again! He's kinda freaky to be around- he had to DRAG my dog into the back room, I felt so horrible for leaving him...

Tish came out to my house for a prescreening to get the key and meet my two cats and is obviously an animal lover. Even the scaredy one was induced to come out and say hi which is unusual for her. Since then she has always been available been when needed though I do try to give her plenty of warning. Her rates are better than average when compared to other sitting services in the area. But most importantly, I got exactly the same amount of whining from my two cats as I did when a friend would come out and feed them. From the very first the cats suffered zero trauma or angst from Tish as a sitter, and cat owners know how temperamental their animals can be. From the first time she sat, they accepted her as an acceptable substitute for feeding and attention. Tish is great. I highly recommend her.
