I can only imagine they are as stuck in the times as the rest of Carmel NY and the man doesn't have a cell phone or a laptop he brings to and from work with his client info. Their unprofessional staff (these people are not CPA's- nor do they have a clue to what they are doing). They cost me ,more aggravation and frsutration doing my 2018 Return and charging me over $500 for a simple tax return. The worst part was when I received a notice from the IRS- stating I owed $207,000 yes!! Scary!! They did not enter the sale of my home (which I gave them all the paperwork). Not only did they do the wrong thing- then denied it- blaming me and did NOT assist in any way- shape or form. They attempted to balme Co-Vid- but now it's tax season and suddenly they are open for business. Lesson learned- use a CPA cost is the same. I will NEVER use their services again!!!
