From my first meeting with Vitoria who was so helpful in the design and picking the product, to the young man who came out to measure and then the three men who did the installation, all were so professional, knowledgeable and helpful in making my vision a reality. Disappointed. All three countertops cut incorrectly. 2 sink bowl cutouts were cut incorrectly even though they had the templates. One they cut the top too short. No quality check in the shop to compare to order nor do the installers check the sink cutouts to be sure they are correct before they remove the existing and install the countertops. Did not immediately followup with issues. Sinks needed to be functional so faucets were installed. They finally agreed to replace countertops but no compensation to at least pay for needing a plumber to reinstall faucets. read more

It is a local family-owned business with a work ethic that is unbelievable, from the moment I walked into their showroom and was greeted by Maria ( the owners' daughter-in-law), I knew that this was the company that I was going to be doing business with. She took me to the cutting and storage area showed me different stone options explaining the different countertop pros and cons. You would have thought that I was going to spend a million dollars, the way my wife and I were treated. All I wanted to do was replace the counters and sinks on the bathroom vanities. The quality of the workmanship was really outstanding, the owner Alex and his son Eric were both here for the installation, making sure that every detail was done correctly. My wife and I could not have been happier. (HD quoted me a price 4 times greater than Sarasota Granite and Quartz) When they had completed the bathroom I asked them for a quote to do my kitchen, (which I had done only 4 years earlier). They stayed and not only measured the kitchen but made the template for cutting the quartz, not knowing whether I was going to sign or not. I did sign and received the same professional service as I did with the bathrooms. I would recommend to anyone who wants to replace their countertops to visit Sarasota Granite and Quartz, I promise that you won't be sorry. He seemed to understand what I was asking him, and he took the time to explain what they had and said I should stop by as I was looking for remnants for a desk.
