OMG!! I can't even begin to tell you how much you should use these guys if you are looking for flooring. They offer way better products but overall less money because their installation is the best in Sarasota. We had 6+ quotes over 2 years of pondering and these guys were hands down the best price and with the higher end product. We did a gut renovation on a condo and used this firm to install cork tile on a concrete floor over rolled cork underlayment. Do not - I repeat, do not hire this firm to install cork tile. They had no clue how to properly square the tile in the space, leaving gaps between tiles that required grout to fill. This type of tile is meant to abut each surrounding tile with no gaps. The first grout they used destroyed a large number of tiles. In addition, they were so sloppy that half of the floor, about 1.500 square feet, has dried adhesive residue that can never be removed. Adhesive should never seep out between this type of tile and if it does, must be cleaned off immediately. We have to live with the result of their incompetence every day, read more

Amazing tile job by Chappies. Our entire (3 bedroom, 3 bath, all closets) condo needed all the floors replaced. Not only did Ken Chapman find the tiles I wanted (at a cheaper price than I could find!!) but he supervised the job as if it was being done for family. We were out of state during all of it and I received continuous photos and updates. It was started on time and finished on time. The end result was more impressive than I expected and was done with very little mess. I cannot recommend them enough. If you need any flooring work done, this is the place to go.
