This has been by far the worst apartment experience of my life. Where to begin? Oh! Well on our DAY OF MOVE IN no one in the office even knew we were supposed to move in that day we called over and over again and the phones just rang and rang. They failed to inform us that they were switching phone numbers because of changed office locations, should have taken that as a red flag right there, so basically we had to hunt them down in order to even move into the place!!! The girl who went over our lease with us was brand new and had no idea what she was even telling us and actually even missed an entire page and later had to call us back in...what. When we moved in a lot of stuff didnt work including our stove, which they took FOREVER to get out here and fix it. Our door hinge has been broken for months and you literally have to slam the door over and over to actually be able to lock it we've told them so many times about this problem but all they've done is add another lock onto it which you cant even lock from the outside. Speaking of the outside, dont even think about leaving your apartment if you want to stay dry while the sprinklers are on, they spray anywhere BUT the grass and leave you soaking wet after trying to even just get to your car. We've had an ant infestation out of no where at one point! On top of all of that, the marketplace, which is usually where all of our packages are supposed to be held has been under maintenance the ENTIRE time I've lived here which makes it ridiculously difficult to receive packages, because the office apparently has "no place to hold them". Ridiculous. And for the icing on the cake they moved in a halfway home full of former drug addicts above us without even telling us. You would think there's elephants living upstairs, we've had to call the cops numerous times because it always sounds like someone is beating on their girlfriend. This is absolutely the worst place I've ever lived, do yourself a favor and don't move here. read more

i enjoy living here. but does anyone walk this grounds. there is trash on the grounds that kids or ppl leaving. they dont pick after themself. there also a lamp post the box and wires are not connect... been out for about a year now... one sprinkler is on the ground. dont where it goes too... i wish ppl would be up there trash or stop leaving trash outside of there doors... when i walk my dog i have to walk away from it. he grabs anything... and i know i pick up after my dog. i wish other ppl that dont pick up after the dogs. need to be fine for it... i get tired of walking on poop and getting on my shoes... read more

The noise! It's the noise and the dogs and the neighbors that are the problem. If you happen to work a graveyard shift, don't expect to ever sleep again! There needs to be a system in place to put an end to ridiculous amounts of noise you hear! My neighbors have been absolutely awful! The people above me have a dog that barks at EVERYTHING ALL DAY! I'm losing my patience with them! They play music all day, every day! They stomp and make so much noise, I can't tolerate it much longer and will be out of this place when my lease is up! The other problem is this place allows all types of dogs, including dangerous breeds. I have been snarled at and charged at by a german shepherd and a large lab mix breed. The shepherd went for my small child and I was livid! Also, there is dog poop everywhere and there needs to be fines given out to every owner until they learn to clean up after their mutts. The apartments are fine and the management is okay, but they cliam nothing can be done about the noise, which I disagree with. The noise is disturbing me like crazy when I'm trying to sleep and it's unfair that I have to suffer to stupid noisy neighbors! I want out! read more

I have lived here almost a year now and I love it. I love my one bedroom apartment. It has everything I was looking for. My girlfriend love the kitchen one of the reasons I moved in here besides the awsome washer and dryer in every unit. Very quiet place. Never had any problems with my apartment. Living at this complex was amazing, it is a quite place, nice neighbors, helpful staff like Payton, she is so great and help me since the first time I met her. You have a nice swimming pool and volleyball court. It is close to the AZ 51 & 101. Also close restaurants & entertainment places. My unit was fully remodeled and it was a cozy environment. My girlfriend has been staying here and when she does a service request maintenance guy named will always leaves her a letter trying to hit on her. I don't know where they find that professional to do that up especially if you're in someone's apartment working on something. Is out of control to think about what a maintenance guy can be doing when your not home or what he will be saying when you're not home in your apartment. read more

I only came on here to gave Shaelynn (a leasing agent) a great review. Shaelynn has been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to not only help me move in but to also get settled in. She's always professional and approachable and again has and will go above and beyond to help you in anyway she can. I think she's amazing. It's her good customer service and professionalism that helped me to choose this property. Shaelynn is so nice she even offered to walk the property to see if their was sunlight in certain apartments I was interested in, since I wasn't able to see it for myself. She has continued to be great even after moving in. I really appreciate all of her help. The apartments are nice too!!! If I could give the review a zero, I would. Management is horrible. They only care abou themselves and bringing in the money. We have had ant problems in the kitchen on and off throughout the year and a half I've been here. They drag their feet on taking care of the problem. This place is nowhere near clean enough nor nice enough to be upwards of $1,300 a month for rent. They dont do anything about noise complaints. When we renewed our lease the last time, the office lost it and tried charging more for rent claiming that we never signed a new lease. There is little to no parking after 6pm and they tow you right away if you are not parked in the correct spot. People in this complex do not know how to drive and has almost ran into me many of times. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RENTING HERE. There are many better places around the area with management that will treat you with respect and not like some piece of shit laying on the floor outside. read more

I've lived here for going on 3 years and I'm to the point where I'm probably not going to sign another lease. The upgrades they have done are nice but done sloppily and the staff just sucks. You have to argue with the office to get anything done and that's if they even return your call. Most of the time you have to physically go up to the leasing center so they have to talk to you. Ever since Bridge took over maintenance has gotten worse. At least 2 of the best guys on the team that have been here since I moved in have a left and now they've filled those positions and added more full of lazy people who I always see just hanging out talking for 20 minutes or more constantly. I get it if it's their break or they're buddies but it's affecting my work and theirs. I've been waiting on a new screen door since January and I've taken 1 day and 3 afternoons off in less than a month with no one showing up to get the pipes under my kitchen sink fixed so they stop flooding where they're housed. They complain that you don't give them permission to enter but nowhere in the lease does it say they won't help you unless you do so I don't see what the problem is especially if you have to KEEP PUTTING THE WORK ORDER IN! Now my storage/linen closet won't open so I'm without towels and cleaning supplies. The apartments are falling apart. There are always things wrong with every apartment and I've had recurring issues with my front doors in both the units I've lived in. The neighbors are disrespectful and the trash just laying around and overflowing from the dumpsters is disgusting. Not to mention we have so much crime here which isn't improved by the gates since they're always broken. I'm just sick of having to deal with it all. read more

This place is completely awful. I have had numerous problems with the front office staff regarding maintenance of the apartment. It takes them upwards of one to two weeks to fix a problem once a work order is placed. There have even been times where they have lost the original work order. Most recently, my dryer has been burning through my laundry. I placed the order on April 12th but received a call stating that they were not able to get into the apartment due to not having a key for our second lock. Now, if this was the first time I had placed a work order, I would say this was valid. However, I had placed a work order regarding the A/C unit leaking not even a month before; they somehow managed to get into my apartment then. How does accessibility somehow change within a month?? I would have understood if they misplaced the copy of the key we had given them, but the office turned around and stated I was in violation of my lease for not turning a copy in. It is now April 23rd and my dryer is still no closer to being fixed. When I called, the girl I spoke to, Diana, stated she would have someone out before end of business today. As expected, no one has shown up to fix the problem. These people are not driven by results, just excuses. read more

Went in with every intention of making Saratoga my new home and was pretty let down. Carol was incredibly rude and acted like she did not have the time of day to discuss rental options. I went in to apply for one of the apartments listed online and she said that I was crazy. She stated that they did not have one listed for that price. I pulled up the website that clearly showed the unit and price that I had spoken of. Carol began to backpedal. She said that the company that does the website is not affiliated with Saratoga and that the units are not priced correct nor for rent. Carol ruined my entire experience with Saratoga and I would not recommend renting from this complex. read more

I can honestly say that I've had some of the worst experiences of my life in their office. Some of the people are Ok and you can tell that they are trying, but management is so disorganized and they really do not care. I can see other people have had issues dealing with them and it's not a surprise. One instance, our dishwasher and washing machine had issues at the same time. They did nothing about it for two weeks, even though I called and checked every day and was told, "they're gonna get to it when it comes up". Only to find out that it never got put in, and when I tried to complain about the fact that we didn't have clean clothes or dishes, they came back at me, "well, why are you waiting to tell us about things that are broken?". It had been broken for two weeks and I told them right when it happened. The icing on the cake, is after arguing with the girl for 20 minutes, she got on the radio and sent someone over. Good etiquette would suggest that if I already am upset, you didn't put the order in, it was your fault that it's still not done, you could say, "I'm so sorry, let me send someone over". Instead, I got a 20 minute back and forth about how it's a big place and they can't help it if they're making mistakes due to disorganization, and then send someone like it was no big deal and not apologize. When I worked in customer service for over 10 years, I took responsibility for things that were not my fault in the interest of trying to help the customer, rectify a problem, and try to save the customer from going somewhere else and feeling that they were not appreciated. These people seem to love the phrase "that's not my fault". Even if it's not your fault personally, the goal should be to solve the problem, take care of the customer, not shift blame. read more

I regret living here. I wish some of these reviews were given a year ago. I had to relocate quick for a job so I read reviews and looked at the model and common areas. Diana in the office was a straight up bull shitter. My apartment was nothing like the model. All remodels are done so cheaply, I had faux floor boards coming out of the ground and door jams. Paint drip marks and paint to cover water damage. Very cheap counters and dirty appliances. I never could get that stove or oven clean and that was day one! The pipes stink bad, water tastes gross. Even dish washer smelt to run from day one. The refrigerator was probably the only good appliance. 6 months in stopped using main shower due to brown water coming out. Maintenance promised day one they would come fix the jacked up closet doors that had splinters coming out, never did. I was told washer was inside, no it's on stinky patio. Upstairs had dog waste on patio so I smelled that every time I did laundry. The mold smell got so bad, I was steam cleaning once a week because we kept getting sick. Fireplace does not work. Neighbors do drugs. Report it to office and they say not their problem unless found on a maintenance call?? Please other complexes throw people out for drugs on property. I asked maintenance to replace air filter, never did. I had to and it's old and hard to reach. AC is old very loud and does not cool enough. Had to keep at 68 to breathe. And if neighbors clean or cook, smell comes in my air filter. Maintenance worked on attached apartments with extremely toxic chemicals, no warning given that my place smelled like a nail salon for over a week from it!! The office said it's no big deal just go away for a few hours. We got awful migraines from fumes. The dog waste smell is bad. Mold is now smelled at the outside of building enough to make your eyes water and itch. Walls are paper thin, you hear everything! And the pool an amenities including water is shut down all the time. A few times couldn't sleep due to rude loud neighbors drunken fights. Parking is so bad and someone side swiped my car in first few months, no security. I had to eat that cost. I wanted to move out first day but I already gave up my old place and paid a lot of $. I felt like a prisoner for a year. read more

I have been a resident for right at 1 year. I moved here from out-of-state for my job, and settled on Saratoga Ridge due to the size of apartment for the price, the amazing pool options, and the friendly staff. The staff here has been so awesome! I was welcomed immediately and made to feel right at home. They were very helpful in assisting me with all my set-up, and gave me insight on where to go for things I needed or wanted since I was new to the state. Any problems I have encountered, while mostly minor, have been rectified swiftly. My most recent issue was with my furnace. During an almost unheard of freeze warning in Phoenix, I noticed my apartment seemed very chilly late one evening. Upon checking, I discovered my furnace was not working at all. I called maintenance, and Kevin showed up in a matter of minutes. (Did I mention this was LATE at night??) He assessed the problem, (motor was out) obtained the necessary parts and tools, and had my furnace back up and running within the hour. All I had to do was answer the door to let him in. While I don't plan on making this my forever home, (I would like to own my own home someday!) I certainly do not plan on ever living in any other Phoenix apartment! read more

despite the reviews I had read on the other sites about this apartment complex, we loved everything that it had! They have 3 pools, a basketball court, a tennis court, a gym, playground, dog park, and more. We loved the price of a 2b/2b and the fact that they also had 3b/2b so when we wanted a bigger place, we could have it! So here is what I think now that I have lived here 8 months: Staff: I DISLIKE THE STAFF SO MUCH ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY!!!!!!! When we moved in there was over 10 things wrong with the apartment. It took weeks to fix, we had to get corporate involved and everything It took 3 months for them to fix our toilet, 2 months to fix our washing machine/ dryer combo, and the issues continue! The staff never get back to you, you NEVER hear from maitenance. I have told them over and over again NOT to enter the apt without permission and they still do it! I have emailed, left messages, voicemails, etc and never had a return call. I have had them tell me they would credit my account and then I end up with a late fee because they dont do it. I despise most of the staff. Tre has an incredibly horrible attitude and she is always snapping at people, Rich is mean and a herk in general, not to mention one of the laziest people there. Julie, the head manager is rude and snarky. I avoid dealing with her in general. I have respect for Mari, the assistant manager. She tries hard to get issues solved and if she was head manager I think this place would be SO much better! The maintence crew can either be creepy or sweet, depends on the people you get. The apartments: 2b/2b The apt shapes are a it awkward and hard to fit certain furniture to. We didnt realizwe this until after we moved in. The crown molding, although a nice though is done 1/2 assed. The linoleum was peeling in some spots and we had to have maintence fix it. The bath tubs were peeling when we moved in. The shower door was gross and def not cleaned well. The waching machine/dryer combo has broken several times and rattles pretty loudly. The doors have a pad lock and thats it and ours was broken when we moved in. Walls are thin and we used to hear a ton of barking. Thank god they got rid of that stupid little dog. Parking: BEWARE! Check where your parking is in ratioto your apt. I don't mind parking a short distance from my apt but, DUDE! I hate havign to treck 2 kids, groceries, and the lot all the way to my door. There is also VERY LITTLE extra parking. We have 2 cars. 1/2 the time there is NO parking for the 2nd car. We have to park 1/2 way across the property. It sucks! They seriously need more parking. We avoid having guests over because of this issue. The complex: Like I said before, we loved all the amenities. Until we moved it. The gym: Horribly crowded, missing weights, machines are left a mess. there are kids constantly in there playing on the machines. the bathrooms are horrible and dirty. the pools: the main pool is a beautiful pool. It does get over crowded at times and the rules are never followed. We have seen 1/2 naked girls (like 12 years old) there, kids playing on the rock structure, people drinking beer (I don't actually mind this, except it is a rule and they dont seem to inforce any of the rules). We have found 5-6 year old kids in the pool areas without parents! TALK ABOUT SCARY! The other pools are ok. But they are locked a lot! All of the pools close at 10pm (11 on weekends I think), which I completely dislike! I love swimming at night when its nice outside and I can relax. Not to mention the only vending machine is in the pool area and so you cant access it when they padlock the pool!! The general store: The only thing I don't like about this, is that it closes at 8:30pm. :( wish it stayed open later. Clubhouse: What clubhouse? Their website states they have a clubhouse, but they don't! Its just part of the leasing office, and never rented out or used by guests. Gated entry: Yeah... only when something bad happens! There was a murder at this complex in August of 2012. The gates suddenly were closed. Someone broke into an apt, the gates were suddenly closed. The shootings in Newton Conn, Yep... the gates were closed. LOL. They are never consistantly closed. and sometimes they are 1/2 closed. They have even gotten stuck on a few occasions. Other issues: There is constantly dog shit ALL OVER the complex! The rent is due on the 1st! There is no "grace period". They will NOT take a partial payment (even $20 off). And they are VERY rude about this. Becuz of the water being billed through the complex and added to rent, you have to be careful. We didn't receive a bill for like 3 months and it was a bad experience all together. I will say this though... I love the elementary school that my son goes to. Thats about the only good thing we have found about this apt. :( read more

DONT LIVE HERE!! WARNING!!! DONT LIVE HERE!!! Was a resident here for a year and half, the staff is terrible. They are not customer service centric people. They are all rude and do not care to find resolutions to any problem. They are always on defense mode when you bring up an issue or concern. They answer the phone using the phrase"I can help you" when in reality they don't. This property has been through 3 management companies and leases have been altered from time to time. Water rates went from metered to flat rate at about 33 % increase. We put down security deposit plus pet fee and pet deposit. We moved out and they billed is an additional 45 dollars because they claimed my carpet had to be dyed. Everything was left in clean condition. The carpet was not even part of the move out checklist nor was it stained. They have been going through small renovations and they dyed the carpet to match the new colors in the other units and put the fee on us. They would not explain any so called wear and tear and did not provide any proof to us why the carpet was dyed. They took all my deposits. The staff cannot even explain fees to their residence. The answer is" it's just a fee we charge" I went to city hall last year and found out they were breaking landlord laws. AND LET ME ALSO MENTION THE MAJOR ROACH ISSUES!! Never was resolved! Residents here don't even pick up after their dogs. Their luscious landscape is a shit pit! Expect law enforcement and helicopters to be frequent visitors here. I will be going to city hall again, the better business bureau as well as the media. They are thieves and dishonest people and as a company. DO NOT LIVE HERE. read more

I've lived here for 13 months now and it's okay and you get what you pay for. The walls are super thin and you can hear pretty much everything anyone upstairs does. When we first moved in we found a few bugs but nothing major and nothing since we have been here. I recommend going in and cleaning the heck out of the apartment before moving in. It's disgusting and I still find myself wiping down walls they say they've repainted. Unfortunately there was a murder semi close to my apartment, however I can't blame that on the complex. It was a domestic violence issue that could have happened anywhere. The gates NEVER work. I waned a gated community and this is not it. They work for a week and then stop. I get home late at night from work and gated is the best safety net for me. Fortunately I live in one of the front buildings so I was see a security guard. Last but not least I'm annoyed that I can't have direct tv yet others can. When we inquired about it, the leasing office told us anyone with the dish will be forced to take it down or get evicted. It's been 10 months or so and the dishes are all still up with no one moving out. I'm not sure if it was all lies or they just don't want to deal with dish, they should tell residents no upon move in. Besides all that we really had no issues in the apartment. Like I said, you get what you pay for. The staff is way better than it used to be. I complained about Denise multiple times and refused to talk to her. She was so rude. Rich is there now and he is super nice and helpful. The office manager was very pleasant to work with as well when my rent messed up paying online. From the constant police presence to the drunk drivers running into the gates in the morning this place is a nightmare. Coming up on a year of living here and it's a complete nightmare. The price is okay at best, neighbors are loud, complaints go unnoticed, the office staff is far less than personable. They've really taken a dive to fill apartments and the tenant quality has shown. The parking is atrocious and they're particularly anal about their front parking spots. Already found a different place to live, it was worth the paying a duel rent to get out of here. They called me numerous times and sent multiple emails during my lease about paperwork I had already taken care of months ago. They don't relay information to one another so it's like they become annoying telemarketers. The unit I was given was in terrible condition to begin with and now I'm being charge for damages I was not responsible for but neglected to mention in the tiny space they provide for addiitonal comments on the move in sheet. The complex is ghetto, there are potholes around every corner, and the maintenance team park their golf carts in peoples covered parking and just leave them there. I would have been fine living there as rent was somewhat reasonable, but the staff just made it miserable. The apartment is average for it's price. The front office is normally rude, they have never taken responsibility for any complaints we have come to them with. When we try to pay rent on the portal, it has crashed multiple times, when we emailed trying to confirm our payment, no one responded, when we went into the office they said it wasn't their problem and we were charged an extra fee for "not paying on time". We were recently threatened that they would tow my car, that I drive regularly, even though I am a resident and was parked in an uncovered spot. Also, there isn't a lot of room for parking. On quite a few occasions, my husband has had to park on the other end of the complex. I only recommend living here if it's one of your last options. The only thing I will say is that they have community events, but it doesn't make up for the lack of kindness and concern from the front office. We will be moving as soon as we can. read more

My family and I moved here in September of 2018 from California! The day of move in, we signed a lease for a 2x2. My husband arrived before me and the kids and he opens the door and said the apartment smelled like cigarettes and in horrible conditions. He went over to the leasing office to demand a different unit. We have two little ones, there was absolutely NO way I was going to live in a place that smelled of cigarettes. They checked their papers and they had a 2x1. It wasn't what we came out here for but at that point we had no choice. We started unpacking and I see multiple dead cockroaches in our kids room. ( they never slept in there after seeing that.) Until this day we see them crawling around or dead in our kitchen, bathroom, living room and walls. We have had it bombed and sprayed... let me add the day of spraying I had to be out of the house for 4 hours, the lady in the front told me we would be getting the first appointment of the day so we can be back in our place. We have no family out here, and have barely been here for a couple weeks at this point. The people didn't get there until NOON!! So I had to be out with my two toddlers , NO NAP, until 5pm!!! Even after that we STILL see cockroaches till this day! Management said they wanted to do more but I've yet to see anything happen. As far as the appliances, they are in horrible condition. Our dish washer smelled like an open sewer and the racks always fall of the track. Let me add, whoever they hired to paint their walls, needs to be fired. I think my three year old would do a better job. The cabinets look like they just painted over old ones and the counter tops is just a layer of sticky paper. We are officially done with this place. We had higher expectations, I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy sleeping with cockroaches and dealing with management that are rude and just don't care. read more

I really dont know what i saw to move into the apt complex maybe i was blinded maybe it was that i needed a place to live asap? Whatever it was i know one thing for sure, im never coming back or am i going to say anything positive about this one here. Well first off expect nothing that staff tells you to be true, they are quick to take your hard earned money there for some of the most important details about your apartment will be skipped. When it comes to maintenance they are all too quick to go home and will stop by, unscrew a few screws say nothing can be done to fix it at the moment let you go by a 2 to 3 weeks and if your lucky then replace it. Now if you have children just know to keep a close eye on them from my long and thorough research i have found many other disturbances among the complex one in which stands out in particularly. Homicide, "saratoga ridge homicide" In which cam be found on googleNow this should absolutely be enough for you to stay away or think twice before reaching down your purse or taking out that wallet, same goes with even marking the agreement with your signature. The only reason why they get a star is because I can't rate it even lower here. This is by far the WORST apt I have ever lived in. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I have a work order thats been open for over a year and its still being looked into. Residents with restricted breed dogs just open their doors and let them run. I have been trapped in my apt more than once due to a growling pit-bull and the office says there is nothing they can do about it. My neighbor turn tricks out of her apt...again nothing they can do about that or about the drug dealers. Super...I am moving as soon as my lease is up. Good Riddance. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Upon move in I had to call the office because the leasing agent gave me the wrong parking space number and gate code. I was asked which address I was when I was unaware there were 2... That's just the first day I was there. Then comes the inspection, Boeing ceiling, broken blinds, a dishwasher that floods, a dryer that did nothing but leave lint all over my clothes due to the top of dryer vent not being screened properly. I could hear My neighbor right through the walls who sounded like something out of the exorcist. They never came to fix my inspection repairs the whole time I was there and maintenance was so sketchy I didn't even want to call.. security was a joke. I told them there should be better lighting behind the buildings where I walk my dog and he said yeah that lights been out for two weeks and kept walking. Not something I wanted to hear. Just plain lazy and disrespectful staff n I'm glad I'm out of there!!!! read more

Wow such a change I've seen in this community, Ever since the new management took over the place it looks almost unrecognizable. So many new upgrades and amenities to the property its almost like a resort. I lived here for almost 2 years and the only complaints I had were that they threw too many community parties that I couldn't keep up with them all. They even brought in a snow blower and made it snow in Phoenix!!! The ladies in the office are very attentive and kind. Especially Kristin & Laura they are the real brains behind the operation. The apartment I had was a 2 bed 2 bath and the master bedroom was HUGE. Neighbors were awesome and its like a big friendly community. There are 2 big dog parks for anyone whose has those four legged family members to romp around in and for those toasty summer days you can take your children to the water park to cool off. I can go on and on about this place and how wonderful it is. I did search around for apartments for a while but this place was the best pick for so many reasons and I'm glad I made the choice to rent at Saratoga Ridge. Happy Holidays! read more

I think it's a good price for what you get. Office staff is very helpful and responsive. Very convenient to have a fitness center on the property. Grounds are nicely kept. The complex is generally quiet - more so than you'd expect with there being so many units. Overall - good value and I would recommend it read more

I immediately regret renewing my lease here. They raised my rent because of "market value" but there is absolutely zero way there is a line out the door for this place. The neighborhood is quiet yes and the location was my main motivation to stay. There are some minor repairs that are needed with it being an older complex but my first year was pretty smooth. It wasn't until I renewed that everything fell apart. My main pain point is that staff at this complex provides some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have always been polite and patient when it comes to waiting for work orders to be completed or asking general questions in the office. But the deceptive and horrible attitude that meet me every time I speak with someone are completely unacceptable. The "girls" in the office never have a direct answer and the maintenance staff spend more time placing blame on each other than actually fixing your apartment. I have had mold, leaks and broken locks and so far every experience has been disappointing. Save your time and don't sign anything with this complex. read more

Well lets see now ...... lets start with the Leasing Office. They are very helpful in everyway imaginable. I have had no problems with them at all. Any issue I might have had, it was taken care of. The police are also very helpful in getting things resolved with some of the neighbors ! The Maintenance Guys & Gal, are good at what they do, but it's very unfortunate that they are understaffed in this area, at this time. I have been here since 4/17 And I haven't had much to complain about. Except for the robbery that happened when I first moved in, the first week in May. Which the police had taken care of ..... too many street people hanging around. This property has over 820 apartments and for it's size it's not bad at all. Just wish that the rent was a litter lower.Some buildings do have issues. But the Building I'm in Building 13 as far as I know is doing ok. The crew in the Leasing Office is a great team and I hope it stays that way. read more

Where do I begin. I have lived here for five years. The first 3 1/2 were good. Management was OK, maintenance was very goodand the rent was reasonable. However this will change with the new management company that came in about six months ago. You used to pay for the water based on how much you used which I only used $15 every month. The new management decided because I had a two bedroom I was going to pay $60 a month. No I'm not going to pay $60 a month I'm going to move out because on top of that they jacked up the rent $175. I know three people in three different apartments that had this happen to them in the last two months to rent went up a good $200. I wouldn't mind if the apartment was worth $200 extra but they're not. the landscaping is awful and landing to the apartments are very ratty and there is paint splatters all over everything. Four years ago our neighbors were great it was quiet now there is a lot of questionable people. The back gates are open all night the front gates they close at 9 o'clock. In the past year the cops are there continuously. I found a beautiful apartment that is very well-kept up better class of people for the same amount of money that Saratoga ridges is asking now. In the complex I am in now the office people told me seven groups of people came in from Saratoga Ridge in the past three months looking for an apartment because Saratoga ridge upped the rent so High. The landscaping here is atrocious The bathrooms are the same bathrooms and haven't been upgraded since they built the place 30 to 35 years ago. They have nice stainless steel appliances but that's about it. The rent they are asking is definitely not worth living here. if it were two to $300 cheaper I would say it was worth it rent by all means, but these are not luxury apartment so they should not be charging luxury prices. Do yourself a favor and check around there are many other apartments in Phoenix hundreds that I believe you could get a better deal. And as much as I hate to say this, there are a lot of nice quiet tenants there but in the last 6 or so months there has been a big influx of lowlifes. read more

When I lived in my 1 bedroom in Phase 1, I had no issues. It's a good thing I had no issues, because now that I have moved into a 3 bedroom with my friend in Phase 2, it's been one thing after another. Broken Air conditioning due to the fact that ours was 30 years old, according to the maintenance people. We were also told that the reason our electric bill was $400 was due to the fact that it was breaking. You'd think they'd offer some type of reimbursement, at least for a portion of our bill. But, no of course not. They don't give a crap. We had ants take over our pantry, had to throw away a bunch of stuff that was in there. Had a minor roach problem in our kitchen, we reported the issue, they came and sprayed who knows what in a few corners of the kitchen, problem progressed, we called again, they came and "sprayed" and again, the problem got worse and worse and now we have been seeing roaches every day at all hours. It's a huge problem and they don't want to help us out in any way. They want to bomb our apartment and that's their only solution. They haven't taken any of the steps they promised to do prior to this, such as sealing holes and cracks where the roaches are coming from. We have several broken things in our apartment that they have yet to fix. All we hear are excuses and lies from them. Not to mention, outside our place is not maintained. It looks like crap and it's embrrasing, so we don't even let anyone come over. We pay $1200 to live in filth when we could have a nice house for a lot less. I suggest you think long and hard before you move into this place, cause if you have an issue, they won't take care of it. read more

PLEASE DON"T MOVE IN HERE!!!!! They have a bed bug problem, and try to blame the tenant for bringing them in, when they have no proof of that, and then they make you pay for the treatment ($300)! The office staff treats the tenants (after they move in and are stuck in a lease) like garbage!!!!. All they care about is money, and could care less if you like living here or not. It is supposed to be a gated community, but the gates are never closed. Drug deals going on all the time. This is a shame, because this used to be a nice place to live when I first moved here, but went done hill over the past two years, and REALLY went down hill when the new management company took over about 9 months ago. Maintenance is bad too. The only way I can get something fixed is if I track down a maintenance man and ask them myself to fix it. If you ask the office, they will put in a work order, and who knows when it will get fixed. I wish I could find something good to say, but I can't. read more
