Location was perfect but everyone in the office we dealt with any time we had an issue couldn't care less. Getting appliances fixed or looked at was a pain and took weeks at a time. When someone did come right after we moved in to fix something the guy WENT THROUGH OUR CLOSET and made a comment about a jersey hanging up. Also there was no light or ceiling fan in the bedroom so that was really inconvenient. There's never any parking (you only get one covered spot and if you park in the wrong one it can be towed). The gate almost never worked so anybody could come in or out. There was police presence almost nightly for something. A guy slept on the doormat of the first floor underneath my apartment several times and I'm pretty sure he was homeless... I was walking my dog and a lady and her two kids were trying to go into my apartment... they had been told the wrong phase and were trying to move into my already rented apartment. We paid a pet fee upon move in and then when we moved out we got mailed a bill for additional cleaning fees (paid a pet deposit also) and then SENT TO COLLECTIONS. NO email or phone call follow up to guarantee we received it. (We moved across the country so of course we didn't receive it). The office people were always rude anytime we had questions about anything. Even when we would just bring the check to pay our bill. Half the time they weren't even in the office. Where do I even begin? I'll start off by saying I would give this 0 stars if it allowed me. I've been living here for a year and a half and it's been absolutely horrible!!!!! The first 6 months weren't so bad but after that it's just been crap. My first unpleasant encounter was with maintenance, my microwave literally exploded and when I called they said "it'll be fine don't use it anymore" ummm ok? So they came to install one a day or two later. Well apparently they have this "PTE" (permission to enter) which they never told me about until my second encounter with them. When I got home and saw they had replaced the microwave I also saw a huge mess maintenance had left and didn't bother to clean it up. I was bothered by it but figured they where in a rush and brushed it off my shoulders. My bedroom door had a huge hole in it like someone had kicked it, called maintenance told them about it they asked if they had permission to enter I said ABSOLUTELY NOT, unless I'm home. Well guess what, they did. Mind you I am a female living on my own and was not dressed appropriately when maintenance decided to barge in. When I said what the hell are you doing in my house the maintenance guy yelled at me and told me he had "PTE JESUS CHRIST". They always parked their little golf cart in my spot and when I would call the office to ask them to move they where extremely rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking them to move out of MY parking space. Let's not even get started with office staff, Carrie has screened my calls, yelled at me, hung up on me, put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time and when I finally had enough And told her she had no right in speaking to me like that I emailed the property manager, told them about my encounters with her, told them I wanted an apology from her but of course never got it. The property manager? "Kristin or Kvazquez" Oh please, she's never around, NEVER has returned my calls, I've emailed the property and asked for a call back, had left her numerous voicemails, call back info and till this day i have yet to talk to this woman. Ron, he's ok, he's at least pretended to help and when I say pretend it's because that's exactly was had been done. I've sent over 5 videos of noise complained, called over 10 times probably before that and they have done nothing! I will say George is amazing, he listens and is the only one in that office that is worth anything. You want to take a shower mid day? Oh wait you have to make sure the water is even working because these people but the water off like it's going out of style. I understand maintenance but I lived in some previous apartments and not once did they ever do that... doesn't make sense. When I had to renew my lease I called 3 months in advance and you guessed it! I got the run around and was told to call back, and call back and again and again, finally ONE WEEK before my lease is over they said oh guess what? We are increasing youre rent! With one week left on the lease I didn't have anywhere to go and you have to give 2 months notice, so I would have had to pay the rate of a month to month lease which was 1900!!! So going against my better judgment I singed a new lease. I called at one point and told Ron my medical condition had been declining and could no longer walk up 3 flights of stairs, i said I also was no longer able to live by myself and what I needed to do to break the lease. He basically said that sucks it'll be 2500(to start with) to move out early. I told him that legally under the disability act he had to at least be willing to make reasonable accommodations, only then did he say we could move you to the first floor. I said I can't take care of myself how am I supposed to get all my stuff down by myself, again he basically said tough shit. I've called the corporate number about 5 times, have left 3 voicemails and you'll never guess,.. they NEVER answer or call you back. Moral of the story, don't waste your money on these apartments!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Judging by the interaction with the lady at the front we will not be renting here. We had an appointment to tour and we walk in and she acted as we were putting her out. She was rude about touring and said they got rid of the apartment and won't have one like it until end of month. We asked for a tour of model still so we had an idea about the place. I have never been on a worst tour. She barely said anything to me and my family as we walked to model. She didn't tell us about any amenities that the place offers. For 1000-1100 a month and not to sell the place with perks is ridiculous. She shows us the apartment and that was about it. Stood at the door while we looked around and walked us back. We asked about a six month lease and the first thing that she says why do you need that? I'm sorry, but what's it matter... After this tour and the way the rep was we won't be renting here. Us an update on this awful apartment complex. I've lived here for 5 years with my elderly grandmother. She has the parking spot due to her being disabled, so I find myself having to park at the thai restaurant next door almost every single night (If you've ever lived in phase 1 you know what I mean). Walking from the thai place at night, with a 3 year old son is not safe with the amount of tweaker that can come in here because the gate that makes us a "gated community" is ALWAYS broken. 2 days ago at around 530pm they gave us a notice saying that they were going to be coming into our closets to install cable wire, no problem. They didn't even go into the closet they went into the complete opposite side of the room. I have a 3 year old child & they left a exposed wire in one of the rooms. I HAVE KIDS and they thought this was okay. When I called the office they told me to bring it to the office. I went into the office, placed the exposed wire on a woman's desk to the right of the office. I simply said "This is the exposed wire that was left in my apartment. I'm in apartment 1009" and started to walk away. As I was walking out, the woman at the desk said she was going to call the police on me. I called the office again, explained the situation & asked if I needed to come back. The man (I think his name was Gerald) was very rude & just told me not to come back. None of the office people are as friendly and respectful as their front that they put on. My fiend also lives in the apartment complex, in phase 1 as well. I had to put in a work order my first two days of living here for issues that should've been resolved before I moved in and management drags their feet they could care less. This is the worst apartment complex and don't recommend anyone living here. During monsoon season our apartment flooded due to a gap in the foundation. They came and looked at it and told us we were at risk for mold and they needed to fix it asap. 9 months go by and no one ever came out and fixed it despite our multiple calls and complaints about it. Throughout the time of living there we dealt with so many issues that never got resolved and when we talked to the owner of the property she was nothing but rude and didn't stick to her promise of a refund in rent. I moved in December of last year and I have had nothing but problems since. I have had so many issues with my AC that it's ridiculous, I had to submit 8 work orders for the 2 times that it broke down to get any acknowledgement from them. One time I filed an emergency and they just wrote it off saying "it's not working right because it's hot outside" ?????? It's not working because it's hot outside? My ass isn't working because it's hot! The issue was that there was a huge chunk of ice on one of the lines because it wasn't installed properly. Now I have to deal with torrential water coming from my fucking upstairs neighbors apartment because their washing machine is broken??? This has been happening the entire day and twice they turned it off, only to turn it back on again for no fucking reason at all. Maintenance apparently had ONE GUY on call today, so he disappeared for 6 hours after I originally filed the complaint, saying he was "getting a vacuum to drain the bubble in your wall" and finally came back to basically shrug and leave after I filed ANOTHER work order for the same issue!! It feels like the administration doesn't give a fuck about their residents. You have to try SO HARD to get them to give you the time of day, if your request isn't filed as an emergency then you will not hear from them no matter what. I hate it here. Living here has been a nightmare. Our apartment has been infested with cockroaches since we moved in, and after reading through reivews, I have found multiple reviews claiming that building 11 in phase 2 has been infested for years... Maintenance has done the bare minimum to fix this, especially seeing that this building specifically has had a problem since at least 2017. Roaches are crawling out of the cracks in the walls, from the front door that has open craqcks to outside (makes it cost more to cool the apartment), and between cabinets where they have not properly sealed them and they have infested out dishwasher so we cannot even use it. The marketplace has rude workers who have lost mulitple packages of mine and don't care at all, they tell me that amazon must have lied about delivery (three times??) and with COVID going on, they claimed to be cleaning the community gym mulitple times a day on a schedule and I have been there 3 times during a scheduled cleaning thinking that I would just leave when they came to clean and no one ever came. Also, parking is a complete nightmare if you have more than one car in your household. We cannot wiat to move out of here at the end of the month, but based on the horrible reviews, I am sure they will nickel and dime us for everything, even after the hundreds of dollars we have spent on trying to keep bugs away, not to mention the 2 keurig machines and air fryer that the roaches crawled into and hatched eggs in. Honestly if I could give no stars I would. Here are the events in order: Move in day: was told they didn't have any of our lease paperwork on hand because they're leasing manager did not work on Saturdays. My question was why then would you tell us we could move in on a Saturday? Took two hours to get everything in order. Was given the keys to the apartment but when we went to open apartment they were the wrong keys, after being told we're just not doing it right. They finally sent a maintenance man, who then told us they gave us the wrong keys. Moment of truth we walk into the apartment and it's was completely trashed, never cleaned after the old tenants left. Great so now it's an hour before the office closes and we still have not moved in any of our things. Took them 3 hrs to actually clean the place but it was still in horrible conditions. Broken appliances unfinished upgrades which by the way we pay $100 extra a month for. They then tell us that we'll it's technically an partially updated apartment which is not what we were told when we signed our lease. I'm a reasonable person, so I let them fix their mistakes and mutually assured I would be getting my deposit back when I moved out. Fast forward 3 months: monsoon rains started and one day I came home to a soaking wet rug in my master bedroom. Reported it to maintenance and I was then told it was because my bedroom window wasn't properly put into place. Okay they fixed it all is well. Fast forward two more months: carpet by my window is completely flooded, then come to find out it was not my window, it was a crack in the foundation leading into my room. Told again that it was fixed should be no more problems. Few weeks later we get two days of nonstop rain and my floor is soaked again. To quickly finish off this story I still have 5 months left on my lease and I would never recommend anyone to live here. I never post reviews but I've never had such a bad experience in my life like I have had here. And this is just a few clips of my time staying here there are many more. As of today I have been living at Saratoga Ridge for about 15 months. This is the longest I have EVER stayed at a residence since I was 16, which should say a lot. I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 722 sq ft apartment with a washer and a dryer in the unit (on my balcony). Inside the unit I have stainless steel appliances, faux hardwood flooring, and a decent paint job. When you get your rent the water bill is included, so in total for my monthly rent + water I pay around $475 per month. This is the best deal I've found for an apartment in Phoenix! The maintenance men tend to take A LONG time to respond to requests and sometimes management treats me as though I'm just another number instead of a paying resident but all in all I love where I live. If you want to rent here HAGGLE HAGGLE HAGGLE, they will work with you especially in the summer months. read more

Edit: 4/2/2018 came back and they lied about giving us our m new back this is the 3rd time I've had to come in and now they're saying they won't refund us our money. Was planning on moving in with my wife, we put a hold down on a place while we looked around at other places we might be interested in. In less then 24 hrs (feb, 12) we are getting calls from century link and other to set up services for our apartment that we haven't even paid for or signed a lease for, we told them to stop calling and it's still happening. Today March 8th it's been a couple weeks since requesting our hold money back and Im still getting called and was getting excuses on how I told them it was ok. Anyone who plans on moving in here know that your info will be given out even if you don't want it to or agree to it, they then act like they're doing you a favor by trying to fix their fuck up. read more

He favored on their behalf. A week later we had a constable banging on my door with a maintenance staff member to lock the door. Demanding 15mins for us to get out. We showed the eviction prevention form the judge told us to get to the landlord and we did send it over to Lara and Kristen. Which we were told would protect us for this very thing. Lara had then opened a claim against our COVID-19 experience. Stating that we were not suffering financial loss. We went for a second court appearance. Their lawyer fought against our lack of documentation they didn't have. We had no representation, no heads up of the type of case this was to back up our protection form. We never knew they needed more documentation then what they asked for because no one returned any phone calls or messages. Being everyone is home due to COVID-19 the people who were in the office left messages for Lara and Kristen from us . No one returned our calls until it was in court and it was too late. The judge again favored on their behalf to move forward with eviction. We never had compassion from management or the judge. Though we understand the law and what it states. What our family experienced during the hight of this Pandemic was absolutely horrifying. From management being cold and heartless to the judge ruling on their behalf to evict. During our fight to save our apartment for our babies safety, we called and emailed to try to resolve our eviction or in hopes to sort out a plan so we can be safe in a time like now. Being discriminated by the color of our skin. We never wanted to have problems or felt we were entitled to any special treatment. We just wanted to feel safe and protected for our baby. It's truly sad how we were treated and how management and staff handled this situation. As a Mother and Father during anytime of endangerment or life threatening experiences we have done everything to keep our baby safe. We were treated very unfairly and unjust by management during a sensitive and life threatening time. Moving forward I hope the residents at Saratoga are treated kind by staff members unlike us. We will never return as Bridge Property residents. We will gladly share and express our experience during COVID-19 to potential and interested future residents to let them know how management treats their residents of color. It's unfortunate how things ended because we loved our little space and location. I hope those who read this will get some enlightenment of how people like my family is being treated in a time like this. A time where no one thought could happen. I hope and pray those who are experiencing something similar to what happened to us are protected and safe. No one should ever have to experience what we experienced being at Saratoga Ridge. This plays will absolutely screw you on the way out. Nickel and dime you on everything. Said we didn't have a security deposit and trying to charge an extra 700$ during this coronavirus. Is it even possible to get an apartment without a security deposit? They require a 60 day notice instead of 30 like everyone else, but send their reminder 30 days out. After this happened we found other couples who experienced the same thing. We had to pay for an extra month when we were already gonna be moved away. But wait! There's more. You can't pay your last rent online. Something NO-ONE told us. We have a late fee because of the incompetence of staff and terrible resident portal that can't be adjusted? Why have it if no staff knows how to use it? Charged us a late fee when they were closed on the first of the month. Again no one was notified they would be closed. They faulted us because they said we should've paid early. The staff claims no ability to waive fees that are made because of their fault. Trisha, Patricia? Hung up on us. More than once. Has the worst attitude. As for the apartments themselves, the grounds are constantly covered in poop, the sprinklers break and turn into geysers, there is NO parking unless you buy it and even then it can be far as hell to walk, police there in the dead of night constantly, ac constantly leaked. Pretty cool place honestly! We got to see our place before we moved in and that really helped seal the deal.There are some pros and cons though just like every apartment complex but this place was pretty great overall. Shaelynn helped us with signing the lease and went over everything which was very informational and much appreciated while Carol showed us the actual unit we would be living in. Pros: 1. Great location! 2. Lots of great amenities 3. Things got fixed pretty quickly 4. Parking area is really lit up 5. Gates closed around 6pm so great for security Cons 1. Residents don't clean up after their dogs 2. Ac was rattling very loudly when we first moved in took 2 days to get it fixed even though I told them about it before our move in date 3. Washer broke the day we moved in and caused a leak for my downstairs neighbor. Took a week for a new one but it's not a bad wait for a completely new w/d set 4. Randoms sometimes try to use the amenities 5. Someone stole one of our packages from amazon but it's cool since they resent it to us no charge. But BECAREFUL and track your packages and try to be home or ask the company to hold it at their office. It's an apartment complex and you make it what it is. DO NOT MOVE HERE! In my experience the place is infested with COCKROACHES. The property manager, Kristin Vasquez, is aware of the problem in the building and continues to lease out the units. I just recently moved out of building 11 in phase 2 that I had just moved in at the end of May. I was even offered another unit to move into, and after viewing the unit and found a dead cockroach in the dishwasher I declined the offer. From the first night of move in the apartment had cockroaches. There was even dead cockroaches painted over in the cabinets, which I have pictures of. I contacted the leasing office the next day and was told that pest control would not be able to be there until 6 days after my move in because it was a holiday. After many weeks of pest control coming and spraying there was still a huge cockroach issue still. The apartment complex would not send pest control unless I repeatedly asked and sent pictures. I was seeing 1-3 live ones a day and countless dead ones. Finally they came and did an inspection of the whole building and in writing told me that every apartment in my unit had some level of activity. They bombed the whole unit. The problem was syill justvas bad because they have a serious infestation. However, they repeatedly told me their pest control says it's not infested. They ended up bombing my unit one more time and were stil never able to eradicate the issue. However, they were still renting out the unit below me to new tenants knowing the cockroach issue the building has. I was finally able to get let out of my lease and I have moved out. The cockroaches caused a serious issue to my mental and physical health and I wanted to make the public aware of this issue so they don't rent out building 11 in phase 2. My apartment was 3112-2 and on move out as of October 31st I was seeing multiple cockroaches a day. Besides cockroaches, my unit was not cleaned at move in and maintenance was still installing doors and toilets. They couldn't find my keys at move in because maintenance had them, it took almost 2 hours at the leasing office on day of move in until I was allowed in my apartment at 5pm. They did not give me a mail let, they gave me a pool pass which I thought gave me access to the pool but it is just a card for display, I had to again go back to the office to get a pool key. The staff is unfriendly at best and usually completely rude. The bookkeeper told me I was being smart with her when I didn't understand a payment and then gave me the silent treatment while I was asking questions. The staff will pretend to care but they only care about money. I've had cockroaches in my shower, on my clean crashes drying, in my dishwasher, in my bedroom, on my carpet in the living room, crawling in the walls, on my fork, in my cabinets, cockroaches are everywhere in this apartment! The problem is si bad the property manager told me she could not rectify it even though they have tried their best. This place is disgusting and do not care once you sign a lease. The dryers ruin your clothes, anything with strings will be destroyed. M spaghetti strap dresses as well as all basketball shorts or clothing with drawstrings are destroyed. This apartment complex is HORRIBLE! This was the first apartment complex my husband & I lived in together the rent was cheap and we had a little one so it was our only option at the time. We had previously filled out all of the paper work for our apartment & paid ahead of time the day of move in we had everything packed and ready to go I just needed to get the key. Upon going to the office for the key we were told they had 'lost' out paper work and that we would need to give them the money order in full before being given the key. Thankfully I had the proof that we had already given them the money order in full for the apartment and that they had lied, We had to refill out the paper work and that wasn't the end of our problems with this complex. The maintenance is crap we had a bad leak in our bath tub, I had called several times to get it fixed the maintenance never came the tub began to grow mold and became discolored from leaking all the time. The mold gave my daughter skin issues on her feet and legs [She was three], once I finally took photos of the bath tub and took them to the office while it was full of people looking at apartments I told them to fix it or I would sue which finally made them replace it. The apartment above us was full of idiots who didn't know how to use a toilet properly our apartment was flooded five times within a year due to clogged toilets upstairs we were told the third and fourth time they were going to get 'Kicked out' but that never happened. When we moved out we were charges a BS $250 'Deep Cleaning fee' for the carpets because of the water damage from the upstairs neighbors. The apartments are crap in general the Master bed room's bath room never had a proper working shower we just used it for extra storage, there were black 'spots' possibly mold under all the the cabinets in the kitchen and noise was carried easily. The management is lazy, ignorant and full of lies when we moved out we were told by our new complex that it shows on our credit history that we owed Saratoga ridge money but it didn't say what for, when I went to the office to find out what it was they looked through my two year history with them and didn't find anything aside from that we Always paid our rent on time. They provided us with a letter head stating that we didn't owe them anything and that should have never been on our credit to begin with we are still dealing with trying to get it removed and that was over a year ago. DO NOT move into this apartment complex, save yourself the hassle and the stress find some place better. read more

Frankly, the complex appears nice, but in reality the buildings are over 30 years old. They have a no drug and crime free policy, yet cops are there often and you can consistently smell marijuana when you walk around the complex. The walls have little to no insulation and that includes between floors. Oh and to top it all off, the have a massive roach problem. They are infested in the walls with them. After we moved in I tightened one of the outlet covers only to find a massive infestation. When it was time to move we had to leave many of our things behind, or risk bringing additional undocumented guests with us. Because of that they charged us an asinine cleaning fees when we moved and when we tried to pay it there wasn't anyone there to take the money. The next day they said "too bad and sent it to collections". There are better complexes out there, while the area is convenient, do yourself a favor and pony up for something else. Parking is atrocious especially if you have roommates. And then they wonder why people park where they're not supposed to? There's no where else to park. You pay extra money for things that you don't need or would even notice you have. Most of the office woman are nice besides two. If you want your family in a safe but expensive place to live, then this is it. I don't recommend this place for anyone that's on a budget though. read more

Everyone at the front desk is rude and act like your an inconvenience when asking them anything. They never answer their phones and they never want to come fix anything in the apartment. My sink has been flooding for weeks and the refuse to come and fix it. There are other things that need to be fixed in the apartment as well but I won't even hold my breathe they'll be fixed anytime soon. Like everyone else says, the complex looks nice and the location is decent but it is not worth the headache these people will give you. The water lines are shut off every other month as well. The piping seems to be getting simple "quick" fixes apposed to actual repair. Would not recommend moving here and I'm doing everything I can to not have to renew my lease. read more

Been living here for a little over two years. Nice place to live and they do some nice things for the people that live here. I just won Thanksgiving dinner including a gift card. UPDATE: This apartment complex tried to deliberately ruin my credit and cause me monetary loss! I found out over two years ago that they had placed almost $200 in collections because they paid my APS bill...even though the account was never past due and is in good standing to this day. I was presented an awful rate for a vehicle, and two conditional approvals for my recent apartments and I came to find that it was because of this FRAUDULENT collection they placed on my credit. Luckily, I was able to contact the creditor and have it removed, but renter beware, this place is beautiful on the outside but is run by sneaky, unethical, vindictive people. I never caused issues, always paid rent early, and all I asked for was an apartment that's locks worked, fridge worked, outside-facing doors closed, A/C worked, sinks and shower worked, and that didn't access my apartment without my permission or knowledge. I know for a fact a very important ring and a swarovski crystal starbucks card were stolen from my apartment and I absolutely believe their maintenance people took them. Both were by my door on the entry table, and I have not been able to locate them since before I left this horrible place after finding out that maintenance was randomly coming into my apartment and doing NOTHING to fix the issues...just seemingly hanging out. read more

I lived here for a year, I'm finally making time to review the place. So hang on, its gonna be a long one. Initial impression: Not impressed. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and unapologetic. So I walked out, as I talked to my friend outside on where else we should look, another leasing agent walked out and apologized on behalf of the rude one and offered to schedule an appointment to look at the unit. My friend agreed so we came back another day to take a look. We viewed the unit, he liked it and I loved all the closet space. So I signed a lease. My move in date was scheduled for the beginning of December, but the unit I chose was being remodeled and the move in date kept getting pushed back. I didn't move in until December 28th. I hated everything about the move in process. So they really need to work on that. Saratoga Living: The location is amazing! Close to food and shopping, great hiking trails and not too far from all of the freeways. The community is pretty awesome, especially if you have kids. There's a play ground, four pools (one heated pool), soccer field, splash pad, dog park and a putting green. They also have a community center that offers free afterschool care, teen movie nights and they host monthly community events. I don't have kids, so that all doesn't apply to me. But they do have a gym, open from 5am to 11pm. It has the essentials and its not very busy. They also have a grocery/convenience store on the property. That gets major points in my book. Although Frys is across the street and technically still walking distance from the complex, it was still great to have the store on the complex. The employees at the store were extremely friendly. They also have picnic tables and a few grills through the complex. I was lucky enough to have one right downstairs from our unit. My unit 1x1: Although its an older community, you couldn't tell once you were inside. I had a remodeled unit with stainless steel appliances and faux hardwood floors. The bathroom fixtures where also new and very modern. I received multiple compliments from friends and family. I had no pest issues, but I am a very clean person and they do have a pest control company come out often. So I did my part in keeping it pest free, even at move in I never once saw an unwanted critter. I did have several instances where I needed to have maintenance come into my unit. Not once did I have a complaint about the service I received, or the time it took them to fix my issue. It was usually resolved within a day of me submitting my request. The one bad thing about the unit is that the walls are very thin, so we often heard our neighbors karaoke-ing till wee hours of the morning or children running up and down the stairs. I like to keep it friendly so I never had a noise complaint because I have loud nieces and nephews who would visit on the weekends. Why I left: PARKING!!!! I would give this place a 5star rating but parking is horrible here. Its a huge complex, and each unit only gets one assigned parking. Which was fine at the beginning. Halfway through my lease, my boyfriend moved in, so now we had my car, his car and his company vehicle. So parking became an issue, which caused us to become homebodies. Once we got a good parking spot, we did not want to leave for fear of not finding a spot later on in the night. On some nights, I had to park on Grovers causing me to walk almost a mile to get to my vehicle. Overall its a great community. Although they do need better customer service skills. Based on location, I don't think the parking issue will ever be fixed. So, if you have more than one vehicle, this is probably not going to work out for you. If you can look past that, its a great community. read more

Terrible service overall. My partner went for a tour all was great, we applied and didn't hear anything back for a few days which was fine because we figured the process might take a few days to process. But once we heard back those few days later there was minimal to absolutely no communication at all besides automatic system emails just telling us to sign a bunch of documents. Before signing those documents we tried to ask about seeing out actual unit before move in day and Alexis (the office lady) shut that down quickly and said there usually is no way until move in day but if we signed a lease first then she'd maneuver the policy and let us see our unit, that immediately put us off at this point. Then shortly after this issue my partner discovered some recent reviews from current tenants stating there is violence and pest issues that go unresolved. When my partner tried to mention these issues to Alexis, she seemed very annoyed and disregarded the issues like they weren't a concern but she DID make sure to tell us she'd be sending a lease over after we got off the call, conveniently . From this point there was zero communication, we both tried calling the office multiple times and were told everyone was in meetings or out of office. Then randomly two weeks after our last failed attempt at calling, Alexis reached out that a lease would be sent over that day (again) never got it once again. And although at this point we've decided to go elsewhere, it's worth adding a week after the last call, still no lease was sent. read more

*Update* Everything these reviews say are true. Run away from this place! I'm on day 3 with no air. The staff will treat you incredibly rude once you need something after a lease is signed. I'm still waiting on fixes to my original walk through. My car was totaled in a hit and run a few weeks ago and I had to call the police last night for a domestic abuse issue next door. I'm talking screaming and throwing things and people into walls. There are gun shots nearby every night. I'm a 30 year old professional woman who has no time for places like this. I just moved in and I have no complaints! My unit was clean and taken care of. My furnace stopped working and someone came out at midnight to fix it! I don't think most places would do that! I'll update if anything changes, but it seems great so far! read more

I have been hung up on multiple times. Again, do not be fooled by the "positive reviews" that you read. Horrible place! As soon as you sign your lease staff will no longer take care of you. They are very rude and unhelpful plus they never pick up the phone, and if they do they don't know anything. I've even had my car broken into! I do not recommend any one to live here. read more
