We thought it was odd but my brother wanted to go check out the car. When we got there first of all they don't know ENGLISH and second of all they were plain rude. My family asked if a mechanic can check out the car and they were hesitant to allow that and offered their own (I should have known better) after an hour an half of lost time (I'll explain in a bit), they were trying to up sale their car! They clearly did not know that I have worked in the automotive industry (in reputable dealers) since I was 15! I didn't go to a reputable dealer because it wasn't my decision nor was it my vehicle. After haggling the price, they asked for everything in cash to give us the "discount". My mother being naive fell for it. Now Four days after purchase, the car's transmission is not working and after calling them and asking why they stated that the car was PERFECT if after all it wasn't, they said "Well it was and now it's not" really?!?! When asked what they can do for us they stated, "well we can send a mechanic but you have to pay for it!" CAUTION NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I informed them I was safely on the side of the highway and they informed me 45 minutes. An hour passed and I contacted both the driver and the company. The driver sent me straight to voicemail a Rodolfo something. Then as I proceeded to contact the company the audacity they stated that they passed by twice and didn't see me. I was the only broken down vehicle in bright white paint on that exit. When i checked the app for driver location the driver never even attempted. Blatantly lied to get his other destination instead because it showed he parked at a church in Miramar. Then after that the company blocked my number how did I know this, because then I used my work cell to call and the owner answered. This company completely sucks and I will go on Instagram next and Facebook and then X to blast them. Do not use them they do not care and lie then make you feel like you're at fault. Now because of this I have to wait another 1.5 hours to get picked up and taken to where I need to go.
