Since then, my vehicle has struggled to accelerate and won't go beyond 50 mph. A mechanic confirmed the damage was caused by how it was towed. I contacted the company to resolve the issue and asked to speak with a manager, they told me I had to file a complaint on their website and wait 48 hours for a response. I've filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, Miami-Dade Consumer Protection Division and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Very negligent. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your car.
