We…read more(my siblings and I) helped build it as much as 10, 8 and 5 year olds could, so we have an attachment. That said, it remains an amazing little park! It's located a little over a mile from Sarg Hubbard park and about half a mile from El Mirador (the closest restaurant). It's a delightful little walk along the greenway path! If you're a fan of flat, nicely paved ground, with plenty of foliage, a lovely river running past and the occasional deer, this walk is for you! The park itself was donated entirely and constructed by volunteers about 25 years ago. It's got everything a kid could want - slides, bridges, stuff to climb on, high towers to look out, chains to balance on, swings, tires and small little labyrinths! You can run around or just climb all over! The place has one way in and one way out, which corrales everyone nicely. The place has definitely been used over the past 2 decades, but has plenty of miles left. There's good spots for parents to sit and observe or plenty of room to actually run with the kids, wherever your fancy! If you're looking for a good family outing spot, this one needs to be on your list!

Access to this park is off of Resthave road just before you get to the exit for Selah. Take the exit, turn left and cross the freeway to go down into the park. The parking lot here has room for 50+ cars. There are a couple nice covered areas with picnics tables and a number of grills placed throughout the park. There's a lone bathroom at the east end of the park near the greenway path. The grassy area here is excellent for running around, having a picnic or just taking a stroll! A greenway auxiliary path runs into the park and provides access to the main pathway as well as an offshoot to Selah ridge where you can hike a section of the William O Douglas trail up the hill. A very nice park with access to the greenway, the river, Selah ridge and picnic areas - what's not to love!

Located between Nob Hill and Washington, off 32nd, this is a quality spot to take the kids, your dog or your favorite walking buddy! The park has a nice walking path that goes around the outside, some solid looking tennis courts, a great playground structure with swings and plenty of seating throughout. The parking lot is huge and is near he play land so it's easy to go grab whatever you forgot in the car! Unfortunately, there is no duck pond here, but otherwise it's a great spot to get everyone out and running around!

I found a soy candle for me and a death's moth pin as a gift. They have gardening items like hats, spades and seeds plus tumbled rocks, stickers, garden gnomes and more. The woman working there is very friendly. This building includes information and rest rooms. The roses in early July were past their prime but still beautiful. Paths are mowed through the lawns, gravel or dirt. Benches in shady areas, water features, and plant information along the paths. Definitely a nice park to visit, especially if you live in the area.

My kids (4, 3, 1) all enjoy this park. The soft flooring is comforting knowing that if my child were to fall, it wouldn't be as devastating as wood chips or concrete. No sand! & that's wonderful. There is so much to do here. Lots of swings, slides, a merry go round type of thing, a seated tic tac toe station that rocks back & forth, monkey bars, a little maze with fun activities, little seats that spin, etc. There's also a restroom close by. Def will be returning regularly.

There was lot of noise from…read moreconstruction going on nearby, but much worse was that some idiot decided to close ALL access to the river, they even stopped water flowing in the small creek. Temperature was 99F, hot as hell, no water to cool off. We tried shower, but after 5 seconds water got hot and when we tried to adjust it, it turned off. We chose this park because it was by the river and were hoping to swim or float. I would expect that they would inform the coming guests about restriction of access to the river. We will never go back!!!
