I drove 3 hours to see an apartment ...she gave me the wrong number apartment, said she would find the keys to the right one (BTW she was not around in person at all) and have someone let me in to look, never got back to me, I returned home and she then emails me saying the apartment was taken...which I confirmed with 3 tenants that it was still available. After speaking with friendly people around town, it appears she has a quite the reputation for being confused, being difficult to deal with and overall being dishonest and misrepresentingherself. After having filled out the rental application and divulging my ss #, DOB, DL #, all personal information and now hearing nothing back I am VERY skeptical about this whole situation.

However, there still remains a quality of education that I think solidifies how one should approach their career while in the industry, which is through self motivation and learning on your own. Being a part of the Animation, Graphics, and Game Programming major here has lead me to open my eyes about what I'm going to have to do in the world, and that is to work at it with me, myself, and I. Some of my professors didn't have the experience with the latest technology to understand what we can do with it or they didn't have the expertise to answer all my questions, which is why I can say with full confidence, I can be self sufficient where others cannot because I went here. That is the beauty of this school: Survive here, thrive everywhere else.

There is constant vandalism throughout the school but mainly in the bathrooms. The school has now placed cameras throughout the school to watch the students yet nothing gets done about the bullying. And the teachers do not keep students informed about what's going on during lockdowns. Not to mention the wires that hang from the ceilings, the water damage in the roofs, the chiped floors the students are constantly tripping and injuring themselves on. And agin ill mention the constant bullying that's happening from teachers and students. Something at this school seriously needs to change.

My children went through this school system and I'm still bothered ten plus years later of how the…read moreschool counselor called me one day and stated right off the bat; "There is something wrong with ****'s brain." This is not professional. I was so worried. Come to find out my child made a picture out of the test where you fill in dots on this important test, while almost acing the reading and math, therefore, they assumed his memory wasn't working right. I met with them and said "really? **** aces (98s) in reading and math, but you think his memory isn't working?" I also specifically told them not to give him extra work during school so they could figure this out, but I learned after the year was over that they did in fact give him extra work. I guess they didn't believe me when I told them my ******* thought it was a stupid test so he drew pictures. With that said, however, they do have some really good teachers there, but also some terrible ones too. I suggest you learn which ones are good and make sure your child is in that room. Sorry, I wish I could remember their names, but it's been too long now.
