They had the nerve to tell me the engine was put in completely wrong and that it needed to be stripped out and redone and they couldn't even tell if the engine work. Yet. I drove this truck to them on Friday but in order to get my truck back I had to pay $280 for a diagnostic fee that the truck did not even need. Don't trust them. I would never go back to them nor would I ever recommend them

I paid 300.00 for a misdiagnosed transmission problem. Warning service department rips you off !! Tried to sell me a $10,000 transmission when the only issue was the trans fluid was overfilled. This was verified by my home dealer where the vehicle was purchased and another mechanic. Life long Ford customer until now.
