Week 2: The coffee that was included in the membership fee disappeared, along with coffee we purchased because she only had half a bag in there when we started our membership and took a week to bring more. Bottom line: the owner advertises this as including common area, maintenance, coffee, and other basic supplies that you would find in a similar space, so long as she doesn't have to clean anything or supply anything. Dealing with her was so draining after two weeks,, that we had to cancel our membership and lost a $250 administrative fee. In total, she took us for $503 for two weeks in a tiny cubicle The best part is, a day before our membership ended, she took an order of business cards that had come for me in the mail and kept them. She also took a bottle of the creamer that we supplied for our own coffee, and will not return calls or texts to take back her keys!

On the day of the event, just hours before it started, she stopped replying, never delivered, and left me without the cart, with all my candy and nowhere to put it She never refunded my money, never took responsibility, mocked me, and her service is TERRIBLE -- replying days later (if at all) and delivering nothing she promises.
