They're as good as it gets and better! I've been with them…read moresince 2004 and I've stayed with them even after moving out of state. Besides them being an amazing company, I also consider John Elhai to be a personal friend. He always shoots me straight, even when the news isn't great, but he always has an action plan and resources to share to turn my negatives into positives. Here's to another 18 years of service! Thank you! Scott Little

I had been with MOTA for many years but left after my 2024 returns were completed. They did both a…read morebusiness return and a personal return. They are very pleasant people, but not easy to deal with. Additionally, they are expensive. They charged me $140 to produce a single 1099-MISC, that I supplied all information for! Their new system and their demands became too difficult to deal with. Their questions seemed like audit questions rather than tax questions. And questions they should've asked about my taxes, they NEVER asked. They assume you know what should be submitted to them, and don't ask you any questions about what wasn't submitted. For example, in 2024 with the Mountain Fire in my neighborhood they should've asked about catastrophic losses. They know my address and know I live in the middle of many houses that were burned to the ground. They should've asked but never did. Fortunately, the question was asked for my 2025 return. Lack of competence or lack of leadership? Not sure which, but glad I switched.
