If you're a sneaker head then definitely go see the folks over at footage society you won't be disappointed. If you're not a sneaker head, you should still go see them and take a look at their lower end kicks, they won't disappoint. Customer service is impeccable not a single complaint on my end.

She was very dismissive when telling a man why she couldn't sell a shoe. For me, I tried on a shoe, liked it, saw that it was $69.00 and since everything was 40% off, I decided to purchase. The price didn't seem right for 40% off so I looked at the receipt before leaving. I was right. The shoe rang up 40% off $74.99, not $69.99 like the sticker showed. She scanned it and said 'that sticker is wrong'. I look and the sticker and my receipt read the same shoe, as does her scanner. She then says that their scanner/reader had been having a trouble for a month and they were not able to scan all the shoes in the store..... WHAT, GIRL???? That makes no sense. She goes on to say she is unable to remove the stickers from a shoe..... WHAT????? Oh and she said I was like the third person to say something about the incorrect price. Now you are really unbelievable. So you KNOWINGLY are leaving stickers on shoe with the incorrect price, ringing them up and YOU KNOW ALL SALES ARE FINAL so you think there's nothing to be done. I said that's fine. I'll contact Corporate anecdotes Ms. Anastasia says 'you can do that' as if to she don't care what I do and continues to be occupied by her phone. I'd also add she handed a bag to a guy in my face, nearly hitting me and neither of them said excuse me as if passing ANYTHING in someone's face is acceptable behavior. If this store is offering to relocate employees, save your money and DON'T take Anastasia with you. She has terrible customer service skills and if it's one thing I do not tolerate is poor customer service when spending my hard earned money.
