She said she was embarrassed but would get me the name of the crystal ( which she never did). she then rambled and did not get anything right about my life or personality correct. It is the real deal and will give me a chance to talk about my issues and get precise answers on dates, times, and what to do next. She said it could even go up to an hour. When I rang the doorbell the blonde woman looked at me like I was a solicitor and said 'can i help you?'--clearly annoyed as if it slipped her mind this is the location of a business. Anywho, she brought me into a room and a diff woman w/ a child came in w/me. I asked her if she minded not having children in the room. She was annoyed and told the other girl loud so I can hear that she could not read me since I dont want children in the room. Sorry but children distract me, and they dont belong in the workplace all over customers. If they were willing to provide a serious reading I'm not sure how they felt that could be accomplished with a child nagging and crying. Clearly they dont care very much about a customer's satisfaction or professionalism. The blonde girl took care of me instead.
