Each time I visited I was able to move up a level (levels 1-3) and I could choose between a bed and standing booth. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured to buy tanning lotion or any of their products. Everything appeared very clean and the little eye goggles were provided for free. My 3 visits got me a decent tan but I decided not to return because I thought the monthly packages were too expensive. I'll come back when they have good specials on their website.

Place is Trashy also need to have beds work and be fixed in timely manner. I understand things break down more they get used but fix them to work property or get new. When you own a business you need make sure all works for your customers or don't own a business than. People want the money hut don't want to keep it. Want the title but don't want the responsibility of keeping up with title. I would never be back and will never recommend anyone to go there. The people have always been very nice, and the salon is clean. I think my only complaint is that one month they said my autopay was declined, so I pulled out my credit card and gave it to her. She ran it for an additional $10 without mentioning it, and it went through without an issue. When i went to sign the slip I asked why it was $65 for one month of tanning, and she said it was because my card was declined and there's a fee for bounced payments. I called Chase right in front of her to ask why they declined a regular ongoing charge, and the guy said there were no declines on their end so it must've been an issue with the terminal at the point of service. She listened to my conversation with the representative, and my repeating what he said back to him, that Chase did *not* decline my payment, it must've been a glitch on Tanlines' end, and still wouldn't refund the $10 so I was overcharged that month, which sucked. That's what made me leave and go to a salon closer to me-- not the $10 charge, but the principle of not being willing to fix the error. Fortunately for Tanlines, my new salon was a bit unsanitary (carpet in tanning rooms?!?!), so I came back. It's worth the one-time overcharge of $10! (....Ok fine, i still wish they hadn't done it, but whatever, I guess.)

I used to go online and purchase lotion but once you factor in shipping cost and wait time, his price is the same if not $5-10 cheaper. He painted and redid the whole inside beautifully. He also made some really smart bed upgrade choices as well. He must realize you have spend money to make money. Crazy right? Now if only the nail place next door was better. I wish he would buy that too I'd only have to make one stop. ;)
