I had told her I was disappointed with my previous hair girl.... this is the hardest part about relocating to a new city! After my hair cut she was showing me pictures of her color work & discussed price for coloring my hair. I decided to go for it & book an appointment. When I'm in the chair I just let my stylist know a couple things I don't like & then put the ball in their court.... they are the professional. After my first bayalage color with Michelle I was hooked. My friends back home said it was the best my hair color has looked in years. She keeps a book of her clients colors. I like that she refers to that & then makes adjustments. I have a ton of long thick hair & Michelle styles it to perfection every time. She calls herself a curling master & she is correct! My hair doesn't always hold a curl & I had mixed feelings the first time she wanted to curl it. But if Michelle curls my hair at my appointment it actually lasts the entire day! I now book my appointments with Michelle every 9-10 weeks for a color & cut. After 3 great color appointments I'm so happy I finally found an amazing reliable colorist in Louisville!
