I am happy to report that Drew is the best tech I have EVER had. In addition to being thorough, she was super friendly and we had great conversation throughout. I just moved here from Kansas City and don't know anyone and I think I love it here because of her, lol. Thanks Drew! The only things I would say could use improvements are as follows- -Being able to schedule an appointment would be so much easier and more convenient for a lot of us... this was my first time and I waited about 30 minutes but I imagine it could get a lot longer -Having the option of choosing to do all hard wax as I know some people can have adverse side effects with the soft wax and strips, myself being one in the past. Fortunately for me, Drew was phenomenal and I've realized it was probably human error all those years ago. I will definitely be back. The prices are great!

There was hair everywhere (we were the first clients of the day) when we walked in. Stylists dropped combs and then picked them up and used them on their clients, dirty work stations covered in hair from past clients. I showed pictures and gave verbal directions of what I wanted. I was left with patchy highlights, lines from the foil placement, and an uneven poorly executed haircut (no sections-just handfuls of hair roughly combed then hacked into). After $160 here, I now have to find someone to correct the damage done. She didn't even bother to rinse all of the powdered lightener from my face/ear/side of head.
