One of the worst manicures and pedicures of my life. I got the signature spa which includes a massage but it was like she just kept rubbing in the lotion instead of massaging my feet or legs. The polish is all over my toes and not even on the nail. The manicure felt rushed because more people kept walking in. She clipped my skin causing me to bleed and didn't apologize. I asked her not to cut my nails but just shape and she took nail clippers to them. Again the polish all over my skin and not even on my nail. Don't recommend this place. read more

Do not go here! They are not very friendly and talk about you while they're working on your nails. They up charged me $20 just to put gel polish on my toes. I have seen $15 in some places at a max...but 20?! I got a pedicure and the woman performing the service took my toenails down way too short despite telling her not to AND she cut my skin with the cuticle clipper no less than five times...all while she was talking about me will never go here again! THE WORST experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. So extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for the most basic design and she could not do it. I said I didn't like it and wanted but a solid color, she proceeded to try for 10 minutes and was mad when I said I didn't like it. My nails (and my skin) are now HORRIBLY painted one color and every single one of my nail beds is bleeding. At the end, my card was charged a low amount (Most of it was on a gift card the ONLY reason I came here) and without thinking I gave a 10% tip and she proceeded to get mad at the amount left, took my card and asked how much I wanted to leave. read more

I've been here several time now and I can say they do quality work but aren't the most customer service minded people. The three times I've been the person working on me has been working on at least one other person at the same time and i worried the entire time the work wouldn't last since they were rushing back and forth! Fortunately both times I had dip they've lasted very well and haven't been bulky like at other places sometimes. I just wish they'd focus on one at a time... read more

This was my second time being here. 1st time, great. 2nd time, whoever did my nails should be re-evaluated. Genuinely. I've had my nails done consistently for 2 almost 3 years. THIS was bad. My cuticles mangled by the drill, I chose a sparkly red and got red with silver flakes? So not only the wrong color but she had the product pushed in my nail beds and down my fingers..no shaping or filing and the top coat is so thick that it chipped when washing my hands. Had to ask for it to be fixed because they glanced over it. My boyfriend has no care for nails but he noticed how beat up my hands were when I got home. Not returning. read more

So very rude!!! Rough on fingers and Toes. My gel is ruined after one day. My sister and niece went with me. Both of their polish is pitted and peeling off. Do not visit. They are rough, and rude. They clipped my toe nails too short and were very irritated when I expressed concern. My friends nails were goopy and wet after 45 minutes of sitting under the dryer. When we left her finger polish wiped completely off. We asked for a refund and were yelled at for asking. Okay. I don't understand the bad reviews on here. Maybe they are from a while ago but I went here a couple of months ago to get my nails done for a big interview I had in Atlanta, GA. Best. Manicure. I've. Ever. Had. I mean, look at the details in the picture I've attached. The staff was very nice and the lady who did my nails was amazing, pretty sure her name was Kayla. This manicure probably took her over an hour and she was SO patient and willing to get it right. She would start over if it wasn't like my inspiration picture I showed her, and she was very thorough and exceeded my expectations. In fact, these pictures were taken about 3-4 weeks after my big interview. They were acrylic nails and I was amazed that they lasted that long and still looked so good. They were the most natural looking acrylic nails I've ever gotten. Most the time when I get them they are too thick. But when I got a full set here, they were thin but still very sturdy. So amazing. Kayla took her time and made my nails look perfect and I'll never forget it. Wish I could give her 10 stars for the amazing art she did!! I mean imagine someone coming to you and requesting this. She didn't act put out at all, she did exactly what I wanted with no complaints, even though it took a long time. And I'm so thankful. If you need a good manicure or pedicure, you should go here. Can't understand the bad reviews. I've been recently and I'm about to go again- give this place a chance! You won't be disappointed. read more

I was really disappointed in the service based on the price. To start I had a pedicure. She was cutting my toe nails down and got way to close. Then said I had an ingrown toe nail. I have never had one in 25 years of having a pedicure. And she clipped and I told her it hurt. She told me to soak and it would come off. Then as she pulled which hurt she said see arrogantly. They hurt for a day afterwards. Then my nails. They looked awful. Not shaped correctly and too thick. She was rough with the nail tool. Gosh it hurt. Last was the price. She charged me $85 for this. I had a regular pedicure with reg polish. Then fill in with gel. Pedi are typically $25-35 and a full set with gel is $35. So even top end did not add up. They do not post their prices either because I looked after she charged me so much. Not impressed. Now I see why so many people are asking for recommendations. read more

I'm not one to treat myself to a mani\pedi often. So maybe my expectations are too high. But for $40, I at least expect my polish to last a day without chipping. But that was not the case. I have never left a bad review for services rendered as I usually feel that people deserve a second chance. I am leaving a bad review for the first time because this place was horrible. I am not even sure if the nail tech was qualified. I feel like my child could have done a better job. My regular nail place is currently closed down for a couple of weeks and so I decided to try out sassy nails. First, the tool that she used to take off the current SNS powder was on the highest setting and she was pushing it down so hard on my nail and cuticle that I kept yelling "ouch" and she would just say "sorry" and keep going. It was on so high that it was hard for her to control and she kept dropping it and rubbing it over my skin causing small abrasions. I should've walked out at that point but kept sitting there thinking that once she got past this, it would be fine. I asked for my nails to be cut shorter, she then proceeded to cut my nails so aggressively that again I was wincing in pain. I asked for a rounded nail, I got square. I tried to explain to her but she did not understand me. She then used the nail filer to file them down and filed so hard that it cut my finger open on the side and I started bleeding. I yelled out in pain and this time the manager came over and both just said "sorry". She dipped my finger in the SNS powder even though bleeding and then put it back into the main container after (unacceptable). When she was finally done, I looked down and 3 of my nails were misshapen. My index finger kept snagging on things because one side was so much higher than the other. She did try to fix that but it didn't work. It's been several hours since I had them done and my nails and cuticles are still sore. I will NEVER use them again!! read more

Never again. I went and got a pedi and mani. I asked if they did the SNS nail system. They said yes for over a year we have done it. I had it done in Franklin, Tennessee and it lasted for 4 weeks. No chipping at all. Well...this one did not last a week. I left there bleeding and not happy. Nails started chipping and cracking immediately. One week later and three have broken. My pedicure is the worst I have ever had. I will not return. A lady came in while I was there and said her polish started chipping in one day. I was getting my nails done for prom and went in there and signed in and waited for about half an hour. They started my pedicure and everything was fine and she asked me what I wanted done and I said french. She did it and when she finished she said, and I quote, "the lines are straight your toenails are just not." and I thought, than why didn't you file them straight? Then I went on to get my acrylics done. Another lady was doing them and she wasn't very good. She put the tips on crooked, and was very rough. About half way through she cut me with the little drill. She didn't do anything about it until I said something, and she had to have known because I was bleeding. She got upset at me and just rushed to finish my nails. Its two days after I got my nails done and the tips are an orange-y pink color and my finger is very infected. NOT HAPPY. read more
