The girls were so helpful and non judgmental, they treat you as people who share their own feelings and desires, not like customers. Clean and safe. The parking lot is safe and lighted, no issues there. The girls who were there the times I went, are knowledgeable about their products, and they don't try to sell you anything else but what you are looking for. They have an amazing selection to choose from. The staff are incredible. Fittings are appointment only. I've never had such a great bra fitting/buying experience. Also the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The bras and underwear are reasonably priced; they're not necessarily cheap nor are they expensive. The quality of the product is decent as well. I tend to lean towards bralettes and this store was a great variety and selection of options. They always seem to have some sort of sale going on so that's definitely a plus! They especially have great bundle deals on undies. Last time I was in the store it was 10 pairs for 35 dollars, which just comes to 3.50 a pair. This is a definitely a great place to get some comfy and cute undergarments and sleep ware.

The bras and panties are of good quality and comfortable. I LOVE the embrace bras I purchased. There is a nice selection of styles and colors. Not a fan of some of the panty patterns, but style is subjective. They seem to have sales often and you can usually use a coupon (from email or mail catalogue) on top of the sale price. The staff has been very helpful at every Soma I've visited. This store at Monroeville Mall is fairly new. Also, Soma and Chico's are in the same family, so you'll find Soma items at Chico's if there isn't a Soma in your vicinity.
