To my friends who wear bras: If you've never been to Levana, GO!! JUDY IS THE BEST!!!! It's so worth the drive to Wexford. I wore Trusst bras for years (no longer in business) and all that time they had me sized incorrectly as 34g. Sizing today shows I am and should have been 32j. The bras cost more than what you'd pay at a department store (honestly not that much more). But, you're getting quality bras that actually work and look good. They have an amazing selection to choose from. The staff are incredible. Fittings are appointment only. I've never had such a great bra fitting/buying experience. The education on proper fits and care is fabulous. There's an option to tip when you purchase. By all means, do it!!! read more

I thought this would be a great place to find a bra for my reconstructed breasts after a bi lateral mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. they pushed 4 bras on me. I even went back and told them the bras were too small and did not fit my new breasts. They absolutely refused to let me exchange or return the ill fitting bras. I spent over 290 on these stupid bras. I ended up giving them to Goodwill asa donation. I will not ever go back or recommend them to anyone I know. read more

Every person who needs a bra should treat themselves to Levana Bratique's fitting experience. I made an appointment because I had read online that this place was fantastic, and I needed to get measured because I was certain I was the wrong size. For the last 5 years, I have been wearing a 38C and hating every second of it. I simply believed that I was not meant to wear bras. At my appointment, my fitter was so patient, kind, and amazing. I walk in, we measure me, we try on the fitting bras. My fitter stayed outside my dressing room the whole time, and would snap me in, adjust me, and critique the bras I was wearing. We decided I was a 38 G/H. She then asked me what styles I was looking for, I told her, she went out and grabbed a bunch of them, then stayed outside the dressing room to snap me in to everything and critique it with me. This was such an amazing one-on-one experience, and genuinelyt he best shopping experience I have ever had. I ended up buying 3 bras for just shy of $200, very reasonable, especially for the experience. Now, I love my bras, they feel amazing, and I can't stop gushing about how wonderful this store is. Finding a bra that fits properly was never so easy--it makes you look younger, slimmer and your tops/dresses fit better, too. You'll feel like a celebrity with your own personal assistant as the fitters ask your preferences, return with those plus some they think you'll like (and I loved them!), and assist you with trying on each and every bra you want! I have large breasts that have grown significantly during pregnancy. I found Levana Bratique and scheduled a formal fitting and purchased two bras. Upon wearing one of the purchased bras, the bra was very uncomfortable and left indentations around the band so I contacted the boutique. I was told the bra fit properly and they could not return the bra since it had been worn unless I pay a 20% return fee. Now these bras are not cheap, I spent $148.50 (including gratuity) and one of the bras I will not be able to wear. I do not think it is fair to charge a 20% fee for a bra that was painful to wear. I will NOT be returning. read more

First off, I want to say that the shop is lovely! there is lots of merch that is so beautiful ! The owner was very nice and helpful although the other sales girls were not very friendly. However, I am upset because I was sized incorrectly and am now stuck with 6 bras that are not the correct size! And they were VERY expensive!! The owner fitted me but I can't help but think that think she gave me the bra size that she had in stock. I believe this because the size she gave me was CRAZY tight - I couldn't even breathe!! I told her that but She said they will stretch out but they never did!! After going to other stores and measuring myself I know now I have the correct size. I even called and told her the problem hoping she might extend some price adjustment on new purchases- wishful thinking!! She said nothing and didn't seem too concerned. So, if you go make sure you already know what size you need and don't rely of accurate sizing there. I now have to replace the wrong sizes and spend MORE money!! But, it won't be there. Outstanding shop! I detest shopping, and find it to be very stressful. I have been losing weight, and have lost 100lbs since Jan so you can imagine my already ill fitting bra was so bad it was basically useless. My best friend had enough and we came out to your shop today (8/4/19). I walked in and immediately didn't feel any stress...Stephanie greeted us as soon as we walked in and treated us wonderfully. We did get me 2 lovely bras that actually lift the girls and make them look pretty awesome! The shop is clean, organized nicely, easy to find! I'm only giving Levana two stars because I feel their refund/ exchange policy is very outdated and in my opinion a huge inconvenience. I will say they responded to my emails and answered all my questions in a timely manner. As many women know It can be really difficult to purchase bra's online without being able to try them on first. I ordered my normal size in the same brand I've been buying for a while and unfortunately it didn't fit. I contacted Levana to initiate an exchange for a different size (not return) and was told I would need to repurchase the different size bra. That means I would have to wait about a month to receive a different size if I wait on my refund (per their refund policy 3 weeks) to repurchase or I will be out of another $100 and the possibility of this one not fitting either instead of just being out the initial cost. All because they don't do exchanges. I opted for a complete refund instead of an exchange because of this. My return was received by Levana on 4/6 and it's 4/18 and my refund still hasn't been processed by this business. I emailed with my concern and received a response stating that it can take a few weeks for them to process refunds after they are received. I understand this is a small business as I'm a business owner myself however processing refunds in a timely manner is part of running a business. I couldn't imagine having my customers wait weeks for me to process their refund or have them repurchase as an exchange. I feel like having your customers wait weeks on a refund is a huge inconvenience for the buyer. Even though that's their refund policy having your customers repurchase for an exchange is not stated in their policy. Their policy states exchanges and returns accepted however that's not true and is very misleading and should be stated more clearly in your policy. I'm not happy with this purchase and I'll be buying somewhere else. Buyers be aware and know it will take a really long time for you to receive a refund if needed and no exchanges. read more

Ladies - for those of you looking for nursing wear - this is the place to go (I'm about to enter that world in oh, about 2 weeks)! I have a harder to find bra size that usually has me running to Nordstroms or online for all my bra fitting needs. A few weeks ago I left Nordstroms feeling pretty low because they lacked a variety of nursing bras. It's hard enough finding a bra that fits under normal circumstances, so imagine how much more frustrated I felt trying to find a nursing bra that fits. I know. I may be speaking to few of you out there. But to those few, you know exactly what I mean. So imagine my surprise when I came here, and the sales lady kept bringing me bra after bra to try on. All in my size. I did a little pregnant happy dance (ok, maybe not so little, ha!). There was a variety in style, size, and price point. The sales lady was super helpful and kept bringing me different bras to try on based on my feedback. I didn't feel rushed or pressured into buying anything, but thankfully I was able to find 3 different styles that actually fit me. 1st..I love that you can make an appointment online. No waiting around and hoping there's a fitter available 2nd..the make you feel welcome and are totally transparent about the process. The women I worked with took the time to listen and access what I wanted and what worked 3rd...the selection was excellent! Really can not stress this. I wear a fringe size, every other place I've ever been too, if they have my size I get a choice of 4 or 5 styles to try. Here I could try a dozen or so styles. It was great to have options!
