Would not refill my prescription for an important medication I have taken for many years. This is a med that is dangerous to suddenly stop taking. My doctor did not respond to messages about a prior medication I was on either so I could not even get it filled. Also billed me for a yearly physical that is supposed to be no charge. This place is actually a scam I think. I was sent here by paramedics and EMS. They told me I should get an IV bag and tests ran to see why I had low blood pressure, so I came here and paid the $85 to be seen. They took my weight and blood pressure and told me I would have to go somewhere else for a CT scan. $85 for what? The paper you use to cover the table? Thank you guys SO MUCH for taking my weight and blood pressure (which the paramedics took anyways) and my $85! read more

I felt horrible Tuesday morning thinking it was the flu. My primary doctor is on vacation this week and thought I'd make it better resting but felt worse. Thursday I walked into the urgent care and took care of me right away with vitals, and chest X-ray. Then my heart sank. Knowing it would never happen to me, it was Covid. I always took proper measures to avoid it. I was seen by this wonderful Dr. Alexander. He took the time to explain to me that this virus is everywhere. I got the proper meds prescribed and now quarantined at home for the rest of the week. I highly recommend them. Staff was very nice too. read more

Initial visit- Good Follow up care- Very Poor I understand that these are busy and stressful times for medical professionals resulting in longer wait times for routine results etc. But when you're a serious Illness, it would be nice to feel like it's a priority to get your results and promptly decide on a course of treatment. The staff was friendly and helpful on my husbands initial appointment, but unfortunately are VERY poor at communication regarding very serious and time sensitive test results/ planning a course of treatment/keeping you updated. It's scary and stressful to see him feeling so bad and to know that the staff can't be bothered to put any priority on him after DAYS. I'm truly hoping we'll see some positive changes with Satellite Med and I can soon edit this to a positive review, but for now.. read more

This place is nothing but a scam!! I went there early part of last month because there was something not right with my left knee after previously falling. I was told after I signed in there were 3 different options for payments because the bill would be $135.00. Option 1) my insurance would be billed & whatever was left over (if there was any) I'd be responsible for it. 2) my insurance would be billed & if they paid nothing, I'd be responsible for the full bill. 3) I pay $75 flat as a self pay & that would be it. I thought this was rather odd but went with option 3. After taking x-rays I was told my knee was swollen & inflamed, but nothing broken or fractured. (After going to another doctor it actually was dislocated!!) They put me in a brace, at which NO point did they tell me I was paying $75 for a brace. I received a bill the other day for $93+ this was after my insurance was billed. I called & spoke with Heather in billing who apologized & said it was their fault because they didn't realize I had paid the $75 self pay already. She assured me she would have it corrected & would contact my insurance company to reverse the charges. I then get another call from someone in billing saying they seen where I had paid the $75 but that went towards the brace, so I still owed the $93+. What the hell.. seriously?! I went up there today & spoke with Tara who was extremely rude! She stood there clapping her hands like she was a walrus outta the ocean. Tells me that I paid $75 for a brace, and when I was asked I could have told them no & gone to get a cheaper one elsewhere. I explained to her I wasn't asked if I wanted one, wasn't told I would be paying anymore than what I was already quoted. I could have gotten a brace at Walmart for around $20! She agreed me that I could. She informed me that she would speak with the staff to make "sure they were all on the same page." Which clearly didn't help me in the situation because they lied about how much I would be paying & then billed my insurance company which is insurance fraud & then conned me out of an additional $93+. Tara sarcastically told me she was sorry I wouldn't be back as a repeat customer, which I will not be! & how she can't wait for my review. I would give this place zero stars if possible. Went here for a routine physical and to get on a new prescription. While I explained everything to them over the phone and was told this would be something covered under my insurance and pose no problem, I was later told upon arrival that they couldn't meet my request unless I booked a separate appointment. They ended up charging me $200 over what was covered on my insurance, and they lied and said I would need to pay extra in order to receive my medical records (this is illegal). They took my blood and ran several tests that I neither needed nor consented to. When I asked them about this, they told me it was my responsibility to request the specific labs that I wanted. Their apathetic staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. It's no wonder why their turnover is so high. Going here was a huge mistake, and in hindsight, I should have gone to an actual doctor who knew what they were doing. I could have saved a lot of money and time by going to a real doctor's office. Lesson learned- don't expect to find a trustworthy doctor in a Sam's Club parking lot. read more

The staff are very caring, compassionate, and friendly--doctors, nurses, receptionists, everyone! Never had a bad experience there. They are very good at what they do, and you feel very cared for and well listened to. The wait times are exceptionally long though...whether it's a walk-in for the urgent care, or even an appointment. Be sure you check in with the front desk if you've waited a long time to be sure you aren't forgotten! That's happened to me before!
