On July 30, 2019 I was contacted to come get the rug that it was ready. I went and picked it up, without them unrolling it. Once I got it home, I unrolled it to see that it was dirtier than how I had dropped it off.I immediately called "Connie" and made her aware of the issue. She advised me to return it at my convenience and they would see what they could do. I returned it the next day. I was told to give them a few days. On August 7,2019 I was called and told it was ready. Then later the same day "Connie" called again to let me know she went and looked at it and they weren't satisfied with the way it looked and they would try and clean it again. On August 14,2019 "Connie" again called to say it was now ready to pick up. I went today to get the rug. Upon arriving I asked to see the rug before placing it in my vehicle. Once it was unrolled, it is still very dirty, the color has transferred to the lighter color and the back is very dirty. I expressed how it looks a lot worse than when I originally dropped it off. The "owner" advised they had tried all they could and all he could do is give me my $160 back that they had charged to clean it. I told him that was the least he could do, especially since this is a $1,000 rug and I would take it to someone else and have them look at it. He gave me the money back and I left. Upon leaving I took it to another company. The gentleman advised that they have used a cleaner that has had to high of the PH and it has burnt the fibers and that an acid wash should've been used on it to neutralize it once it was cleaned. Also the stains on the back are due to it being wet for to long. Upon looking at it in the back of my vehicle you can see the fibers of the rug coming off. This rug is now trashed and unusable. They may be good to clean some cheap carpet a dog could sleep on. But nothing more.
