Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in. From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all. When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship. Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning had one of the best prices and they were available on the day we needed them. They kept us updated with the service date via text and email, which was a great reminder during this busy time. They did an awesome job and were done in about an hour and a half. The thing I love about Oxi cleaners is they don't use foamy shampoos to clean the carpets. So the carpets are dry within about 30 to 45 minutes. This way you're not waiting around for hours for your carpet to dry. We've used other carpet cleaners In the past that do the deep cleaning with shampoo and yes, maybe the carpets do look a little cleaner, but not by much. She called me when they got to the home and she was very nice and respectful. Extremely communicative, which I was happy about. She told me our front door was unlocked and opened when she got there, but when I spoke with my husband who was there just a couple of days prior sanding the walls, he never used the front door and it was latched shut when he got there and left. She also said there were animal feces in the home and I panicked. When she sent me the pictures I saw it was just a handful of scattered dog food from moving everything with our dogs. She went on to send me pictures of our dirty base boards, and I was a little confused because that's what we hired a cleaning crew for. I know the house was dusty and dirty, but again, that's why we hired professionals to come in and clean. When this whole first conversation went down I was very wary, but just went along with it anyway. She explained to me that it was going to take a lot longer for her and her coworker to clean than she anticipated. Instead of 2 hours and $150, they were there for 4 hours and we paid $300. I even tipped $45 because I was thankful they took their time and communicated with me. When my husband and I came to the home the next day, we walked in to a house that was still dirty. The baseboards and window sills were coated in dirt, appliances were not cleaned, inside cabinets were not wiped down, and the master bathroom toilet was not even touched (see pics). I texted Melania immediately and asked her what happened and even sent her a video and asked her to call me. She read my text (read receipts on) and did not text me back or call me. I called the main office and they told me she's the only one that can help me with cleaning information. I even called her today (the next day) and no answer. If I knew i was going to be paying $300 for a light wipe down and a mop job, I would've never booked 615 powerhouse and just done it myself. I could've cleaned the same amount in 4 hours on my own. I do not recommend this company what so ever. You will be over charged for a half-done job. We'll see if I get a call today explaining what happened.

Beautifully tiled shower and floor... but the grout. OMG THE GROUT. It. Was. Gross. Stained orange in many places, dirty from soap scum, mold, and algae in several others. I thought no way this will ever come clean without spending a small fortune to remodel the tiled areas. So I got four quotes. Mind you, The Grout Doctor wasn't the least expensive but there was just something about Ryan (the owner) that hit the right way. He's very knowledgeable and honest and has been in the business for over a decade. I went with my gut. Turns out Ryan and Chris (his lead technician) can work miracles. They busted their a**es carving out the old lines and regrouted the whole shower and wall enclosure. Cleaning, meticulously applied stain, and sealer made the orange, dirt stained floor disappear. It looks brand new! I wish I had a before photo but quite honestly it would've been embarrassing to post. I'm so happy I chose The Grout Doctor for the project (they cleaned, stained, and sealed my second bathroom and laundry room and cleaned and sealed the kitchen tile backsplash too).
