I went there in March 2013 to have two small moles on my face removed. Dr. DeLorenzi did the shaving technique, rather than the surgery with stitches like I had requested over the phone prior to the procedure. The end result was that one was removed and the other looks the exact same, even though it took two months of healing. When I called them back to request another appointment I indicated that I needed one near the end of the day due to my work schedule. The administrative staff accommodated this and the appointment was scheduled. Then, they continuously called me looking to re-schedule and book different times and were extremely rude and snooty. They were obviously taking new patients and putting me to the end of the list. I spent over $500.00 having this done and wore bandages on my face for two months to be snubbed off when I requested a follow-up appointment because the procedure was not successfully. I wish I would have known this before and I hope this helps young women think twice about going to the Dr. DeLorenzi Clinic for any cosmetic procedures small or large. I couldn't imagine how they would treat you if you weren't happy with a larger procedure that would take even longer to correct.
