He checked my status every now and then in 1 or two min within my two years of treatment. What was worse, they changed my doctor without even noticing me at the last stage of my treatment. I told the new doctor my bite was not good, my jaws were sour. But the new doctor told me everting is fine. I was like, what???? Also, they put a metal wire on my teeth for retention after my treatment, telling me it will last lifetime. That is so not true, the wire fell off recently and I can not even find a place to fix it.

And if they are in pain, your option is to drive for a couple hours to another location or leave them in pain for several days. My child's teeth are straight but they seem to be at a weird angle. If you decide to talk to them about work, make sure you talk to a second orthodontist to determine whether you are paying too much.
