I reached out to Bruce, who was only one of a small handful of companies that even responded to my inquiry, and in no time he showed up at my house in order to give me a more exact quote of the items that I was wanting as well as the items that I was needing. I was in a major time crunch due to unforeseen circumstances and realized my request had already passed "last minute". He immediately started making calls trying to work me in that afternoon. Because of my personal circumstances I wasn't able to fit him in - knowing he was booked up the rest of the weekend and following week. I called him the next day to apologize and see if there was any way he could help me out; knowing he was booked solid. He couldn't fit me in - and that was my fault. I was scr*wed and that was that. Bruce called me back less than 30 minutes later, said he made some calls and was able to figure it out, and would be at my house in less than two hours to save my booty!!!
