Not too mention, his prices are very competitive. Why didn't I get my screen fixed here, you may ask? I checked with Apple and they said since I have AppleCare, replacing the screen would only be $20. If I ever get a chance to be one of Nathan's customers, you can be sure he's got my business.

Long story short, I was visiting my girlfriend near UCR and this place was a reasonable drive from her apartment so she and I just decided to go. The location itself is situated in what I think is a new office building(?). If it wasn't for the kind receptionist, I would have believed we went to the wrong building. After the receptionist called in, the owner and technician, Greg Swistak, came to greet us in less than a minute. I dropped off my phone with him and went to get cash from a local ATM. 10 minutes later (and $65 in my wallet), I came back and he was done with my phone! Everything went smoothly, and he even gave me a screen protector! In short, great, quick service, and great price for the repair ($65 for Glass/Digitizer Repair). Greg is very friendly and can relate to problems that most of us have with our phones. Great experience overall.

I have witnesses (whom they ignored) that I'd been in; I should've taken photos of my handing my hardware to their "service" person. They didn't even bother to look for the physical evidence. Whether they be criminally negligent or criminally incompetent, you should not trust them. So, if you're looking for a place that will "conveniently" lose your information and treat you like dirt, look no further! I mean, this is a Microsoft-level circus of epic uselessness. I scheduled an exam to get contacts last winter/spring, 2025.They seem to have lots of equipment and tests.... more than I have ever been given... I'm 51, I started wearing glasses when I was 3. Upon all the tests Great Lakes Optometry put me through, it was determined i needed flushes and lubricating methods and presription drops. I followed the regiment to see no improvement . 9 months later my hormone replacement therapy precription was changed with a different doctor and everything improved. When I filled out the paper work here I answered several questions about my health history. They used this info to try and upsell me on tests that rendered no improvement. Then my trial contacts took 6 weeks to come in. I put them in and they were blurry. so I made the 2 hour drive each way once again to get my prescription corrected and to let the dr know the dry eyes weren't improving, either He sent in for another set of trials that came several weeks later and were also blurry. I suggested just going back to the precription I had from my previous optometrist and his ego seemed to be tarnished by that and he refused to do that. This place is smoke and mirrors... he is not a good optometrist. Hes got this dry eye equipment he uses to upsell you. Look at the Facebook page, its what they push... He should start with getting prescriptions accurate.
