Pretty neat. The chicken sausage, and the chips were good. The chips were seasoned good, and the chips were nice and crunchy.

The quality of the food across the day was absolutely exceptional, and so many of our guests commented on this. They also supported us totally in bringing in our own evening food (pasties straight from Cornwall) and ensured they went out to our guests with exactly the same care and attention they gave to their own food. On the day and in advance, Carolyn as the event manager was exceptional, being supportive and helpful, while never losing sight of the fact that the build up to the wedding, and the day itself, are supposed to be fun! She handled everything so professionally, it was wonderful for us to be able to sit back and know the day was being taken care of. In short, Tandem are second to none.

From setting up the tables, serving the food, clearing away and ensuring everyone was looked after. We received many favourable comments/compliments at the wedding and since about the quality and presentation of the food provided by Relish (canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet). Relish also provided a cash bar during the evening and prices charged were reasonable. Relish Catering helped make Jo & Matt's wedding day perfect and memorable in every way and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family alike! Sandra 1 August 2010

So, I'm really keen to see what the fuss is about. Opted for the bacon cheeseburger which was huge, and at 7 quid, not too bad at all with its 8 hour bacon and Jack Daniel's jam! Overall, I was slightly disappointed. It's a good burger don't get me wrong, but the meat was a bit meh and it lacked any real punch aside from the jam, which personally I found slightly too sweet for a burger. My friend said that on this occasion, due to new team members, the burger wasnt as good as it usually is, so for now, 3 stars. It was good enough to want me to come back, but they need to impress!

I got The Proud Boy and it was blackened white fish, with a garlic white sauce, juice of lemon, cole slaw, green onions, and a choice of jalapeños. It wasn't fishy at all; flavors were excellent!

So when I saw Hank's was going to be with Kerb at UCL, I knew I had to give it a try. In all honesty, I've never been to New Orleans in my life. It's on my list, okay? But I've had Cajun food, and what I've had I've enjoyed. There were two Po' Boy sandwiches on offer when I was there: The Poor Boy (Beef with slaw and horseradish mayonnaise) and Chaurice, sauce and cheese (Chaurice sausage meatballs with tomato sauce and cheese). I opted for The Poor Boy. I saw them making it, and it looked amazing. They then asked me if I wanted hot sauce and chilies? Oh yes please, make it spicy! I couldn't wait to eat it. And it was as good as it looked. Spicy, meaty and rich with crunchy slaw and toasty, warm bread. It was even quite messy, but I didn't care. I just wanted the whole thing. And now, writing this review, I want to go back and immediately get another one. Or the sausage meatballs. Because it was that good. I'm gonna keep an eye out for Hank's. Their website says they do a variety of Po' Boys, including one with oysters, and that's the one that I really want to try next.

It was definitely the highlight of our event and I loved how folks gathered around the table and putting together their "appetizer". Sal was an amazing host and I loved how excited they were about chaat. Here's a few notes from the handout that Sal provided to all attendees: What is a Chaat? Chaat is the name for a set of South Asian street food snacks that are absolutely brimming with flavour, vibrancy and texture. Its conception is thought to date back to the 17th Century. We're talking: sweet, salty, sour, savoury, hot & spicy, cool, juicy, crunchy, refreshing and zingy and like nothing else on earth. There isn't much prescriptive about it, and customisation is one of chaat's defining features. It is regional, seasonal, personal and so varied: it encompasses such a range of different dishes, ingredients and combinations, that it's almost impossible to define in a narrow way. The word itself stems from the Hindi meaning 'to lick' or 'to taste'. Think of it more of a concept than a recipe: it's easy and social to eat (e.g. at the roadside, and/or with a cup of chai), works as a snack/side or even a light meal (at any time!). Most importantly, it combines a multitude of flavours and textures in one mouthful, really packing a punch in terms of flavour, freshness and texture.
