Instead of just admitting the mistake, the person I spoke to told me to come back for a refund but that I had to contact my doctor to get the right script called in (again). The person who did the refund had a giant attitude. The next time I went back, the person in front of me had been given someone else's medication. I didn't pick up any of them because after waiting for 15 minutes and having two more people ahead of me, I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. Also, that's not very fair to the pharmacy technician to only have herself scheduled and when asking for help, the store associate had said he was not trained in pharmacy.
