Beware: this cleaner is not trustworthy in my opinion based on their destruction of my property, their failure to return it to me, their failure to pay for the damaged item and their entering into my community when they had no business there. Their performance on cleaning and pressing linens was also sub par but acts of destroying my garment so that it is now unwearable is the last straw and failing to pay for their destruction as well..just horrendous!

Later that same day, my tailor received a call from the owner asking him to order replacement buttons, which directly contradicted what I had been told earlier. In other words, I was misled about the situation. When I returned the following day, the owner was still unavailable and did not respond to calls from his own staff. While the front-desk employee was polite and did her best to help, the overall handling of this situation was careless and unprofessional. Delicate garments with mother-of-pearl buttons require extra care, and I should have been notified immediately once the damage occurred--not when I came to pick up the jacket. Most disappointing was the owner's complete lack of accountability and disregard for customer service. This issue should have been addressed directly with me, promptly and honestly. They routinely do a wonderful job with all of our dry cleaning needs. Service is always quick and professional. I also have to mention, they have a great sewing service here as well. My daughter wanted to add some rock band patches to her jean jacket and they took care of it with great skill and without any issues. One downside, parking can be wonky at times. Sometimes people double park right out front and block the road and/or the spots on the side get tied up by the school out back or random trucks. It's a bit annoying. All I all, this is a great dry cleaners. I've been going here for years and it remains my go to spot. Five stars.
