Our order was ready on time and everything was in the bag. Unfortunately, the chicken yakisoba was placed into a styrofoam container and it melted on the bottom. The sushi was placed on top of the food instead of being separate and was warm. However, the food was really good! The vegetable tempura was a huge portion for an appetizer ($6.50) and I was full before even finishing it. The gyoza was delicious and so was the chicken yakisoba. The sushi rolls were very mediocre. They were small and not very flavorful. I've had better at the grocery store. Maybe it's because I ordered the cheaper rolls? I don't think we will do takeout again because of the styrofoam issue but we will definitely come back to enjoy their food inside.

At my request they deboned the meat and use no saws and cutting of steaks or bones so there is zero bone fragments or marrow on my elk. They trim the sinew perfectly and what I ended up with is even better that I have had done it myself. Those of us who know the flavor of the game is 90% related to how it's handled from the moment the harvest takes place until the minute it hits your dinner plate . Walkers butcher block (previously known as the Lebanon locker) has my complete trust now and actually saved my ass when I had to travel unexpectedly on the day I was going to process my own meat. They took in my beautiful idaho harvest (6x6) at the last minute and turned it around immediately.
