Again our sales guy has been just excellent. The deal we struck was also reasonable and competitive with other dealers (which I talked to). Service is phenomenal. All of our needs and concerns have always been address by our service guy Michael. He even follows up afterwards with an email to see how the repairs are and makes sure we are satisfied. I really will not go to any other dealer for sales or service even though there is a dealer near me I would much rather drive the 3 & 1/2 hours to get this kind of attention and service. I called on Jimmy to diagnose an issue with my RV that only had 22,000 miles on it…read more He said it was the fuel pump which was attached to the gas tank. Once approval to do the job was given, Jimmy ordered the part, for which I paid $660. and labor of $1,000. to install. Upon completion of the job, the problem still existed. Because the pump was not the problem, I requested that Jimmy give me the pump which he removed, instead he drove off with it. I called numerous times, only to be able to leave a message requesting he return the pump. It has been since May 5th and still not heard from him or seen the part. $1,660. later and not the issue. Obviously very disappointed in his service and attitude, and even more upset he does not return my calls or return my part as it is a perfectly good pump.

For a bit more than the price of a competitor for just replacing the hot water tank, they replaced the tank, repacked the wheel bearings, inspected the brakes, got my improperly installed camera system working properly, serviced my furnace, replaced some trim, and took care of my entire want list in a little over three hours. JR, the advisor, got me set up fast when I came in, then the service manager, Chris Estrsas, listened to the issue and called in Nick Spires to look at it in the parking lot. Nick got it diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. The whole crew was great to work with. Then they let me go - without a charge. I will definitely be back for regular maintenance. I never mind paying for service when it is this good.

Turns out he ordered the wrong part, so he put the old part back in, and said he would be back when the correct one came. We waited and waited, and then couldn't get ahold of him. Long story short. He forged the paper my husband needed to sign for the insurance company stating the work was completed, and he was paid for the work that was never finished. We found this out when we tried to to get approval for repairs elsewhere. We will be providing the authorities with this information when we return to Florida. It was over $900
