As far as reliability and cost, they were not bad at all. However, after they moved my things into…read morea storage unit, I returned to the storage unit to find they had stacked multiple boxes upside down or sideways, stacked heavy items on top of obviously more fragile and small pieces of furniture, did not use any furniture protectors at all for pieces that were brand new. They also stacked heavy items on a futon sofa that I specifically said needed to be stacked vertically as to save space and avoid placing heavy items on it. Also, they shoved items into my bike that may have sustained damages but because I can't even get to my bike at this time because of their poor stacking of boxes, I can't really tell. I was going to use them for moving out of the storage unit and into a long term rental when I find one, but am looking elsewhere for help.
