I usually try to schedule my appointment at least a week in advance, but if I mess up, they're lovely about trying to schedule a last-minute appointment whenever possible. Fu is particularly good with short hair-- I've had problems getting a good pixie cut at some very expensive salons due to my fine hair, but he consistently does an excellent job. And as others have mentioned, the head massage during the shampoo is amazing! This really is a hidden gem-- a reasonably priced, incredibly friendly salon where everyone is welcome, I can't recommend it enough!
