I am so impressed at the level of customer service I got. Both these men were very talented with their amount of knowledge. Like seriously these guys are good! The bad reviews on this company gave me a giggle. That's retail for you, miserable butt heads. This is the place to go folks! Came here for a replacement part. They have an avg sized showcase for e-juice and e-vape on display. The lounge here is huge Caroline. The E. juice is USA. And prices are average. Parking is good. They have plenty of staff usually 3 all the time. My friend came here for a replacement tank for his vape. They serviced his element and made it work better than before. I gave this place a 3 star because we have been coming here for a while and every time we have had a great experience. However, today we didn't have a great experience. we went in because the smok vape we bought 2 months ago just stopped working. Just wouldn't turn on. We were greeted by a guy who usually helps us and is always polite. The assistant manager jumped in and started acting very defensive telling us how the device was worn out and was probably damaged and if we wanted to some kind of help we should come back when the manager was around the next day. We were not expecting a new device just wanted some guidance as in to why this was happening. After searching online we figured out the device just needed to be updated and to be plugged in to the computer. It is now working perfectly again read more

Hands down my favorite vape shop in Naples. They have a amazing staff to make sure they educate you on what your buying so you can use it properly and they don't try to push you into buying the most expensive items. They told me about what kind of liquids to watch out for and what would be the best on my coils. They have a big arrange of items. I will be going in tomorrow to have them educate me on some drip tanks which they would offer to teach me how to use which is insane. I stopped by this shop while in Naples. It is nice and clean. Better than the Pompano one. The Pompano one has elementary school kids that hang out there, age 10 and under. This place is wonderful! I am from New Jersey, but my parents have a house in Naples so I am here frequently. I was having problems with my vape and found this place. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Tabitha and the other gentleman. I explained my vape was not working properly and within minutes they resolved my problem, without even buying anything! I told Tabitha I would deff be back the next day and stayed true to my promise. I came with my girlfriend and she let us try multiple flavors (which is very unusual in jersey). My girlfriend ended up buying a new vape and I fell in love with many flavors I ended up buying. Tabitha is VERY knowledgeable with her products and doesn't just try to sell you something. First time coming into their shop, or any vape shop in my case, walked in with so many ideas in mind, I didn't know where to start. It was my first time buying any vape products so I was no expert on what I was doing but I did have a bit of knowledge. The guys working up front were very professional and helped each customer to their fulfillment. I was up next and the guy who helped me knew just how. Told him a bit about myself and he guided me through the whole works. Really cool guy. The reason I'm giving it a 4/5 star though, is because even though they have ray of options, they weren't the ones I was looking for.
