I spoke with Jim a week ago regarding my PC suffering from the Blue Screen of Death which is a Windows issue. He spent 15 minutes discussing possible causes, pricing and options - which was a pleasant surprise. Most places will simply tell you that they can fix any problem you have and just bring your PC to them. So after more research I was able to recover data from my PC much to my relief, even though it still doesn't boot up properly. I spoke with Jim again today and explained what I'd done. He advised me that my options were to either buy a new PC or spend $175 to reinstall Windows. Considering my PC is 9 years old, I'll opt to buy a new one. And the best part of the whole experience was that Jim actually gave me some advice on what to look for in a new PC. Even though I never had Jim fix my PC, I'm really glad that I spoke with him. He's a class act and I appreciate him taking time to help me even though he wasn't getting paid. Needless to say if I ever have PC issues in the future I'll call Jim. read more

this company is great. Just spoke with the owner who explained why I shouldn't be wasting my time repairing an old Dell VOSTRO computer that would never be able to have installed Google Chrome installed since Google doesn't support it anymore. Also, Microsoft doesn't support updates as well. it's not common to have a business person turn down business because they're telling you the truth. Jim is a true Gentleman...extremely knowledgeable and he's willing to help anyone solve their computer issues. He's relatively busy and available pretty much 10 hours a day seven days a week so an appointment is necessary. When you're able to speak with Jim at your appointment time you'll be very pleased with his expertise and willingness to give you a quote for the repairs you require. When I called about my computer I had a good hour conversation with Jim about my computer. Jim believes in trying to fix the problem with as little cost to the customer as possible. I took my computer to him, and with our prior conversation on the phone he admitted he has never heard of my problem but promised that if he couldn't figure it out he wouldn't charge for the time. After only a day he called me back saying he has figured out what to do and he'd have it ready within the next 2 days. The service is great, the price is reasonable, and he gives you very good and clear instructions both in writing and verbally about what was wrong with your PC, and how to maintain the PC afterwards. my computer crashed on me. i had no idea what was wrong. i took it to savemore computer. jim diagnosed the problem. there were so many infected files he couldn't believe it!!! the whole computer had to be repaired. it required a new hard drive. he also included an external hard drive. he re-installed all the programs. my computer runs better now than when it was new. the price was very reasonable! thank you jim!!! read more

Often times just by listening to your explanation of the problem over the phone Jim can give you possible options on what the problem might be and what the repair costs could run. After he looks at your PC he takes the time to explain both the problem and the solution in layman's terms and gives you a realistic estimate of costs.
