They give you 2 offers: A cash offer OR A credit offer. Credit offer was higher by maybe 10% or so. I would've taken my clothes and just left but I needed gas money that day and had to take the offer. I can understand it's a business and a profit has to be made but to offer less than $3 for an item then turn around it sell it for $50-$90 is incredibly greedy and unfair. Worse than "Greedwill" and they're pretty bad.

But for household items and toys I do ok. The reason for less stars is the pricing. Considering that all of the stuff that goodwill sells is donated, the pricing is WILD. This isn't just an issue at this store, but at all Goodwill stores and corporate really needs to pay attention to that. The staff is nice though.

Just be careful in moving because you might knock some of the breakable displays. They have beautiful things and some antiques. I didn't buy some of them though because I have no place for them. I checked out the clothes, shoes, and bags and so far the prices are competitive with other thrift shops. I would come back again. I forgot to ask though if they buy/trade items. Plenty of parking lot that is shared with other businesses. Dressing room is a plus!!!

I found 2 shirts I decided to buy. Speaking Tony, I asked if the clothes were donated. He said they weren't. I commented how the clothes feel clean and pressed. The store is pretty organized as well, just wish they had dressing rooms but if you're a Veteran at thrifting, you know to wear tights and shirt so you can try the clothes on over your clothes. Music is always a hit there, too and I think its because of the sales people there. Maybe they go to CSUN (insert thinking emoji, lol). One thing that kind of annoys me though is how they place the price tags on their clothes, they staple them on. It hasn't damaged any of the items I bought but its quite tasking taking them off and most of their store is priced decently. Check them out if you're a thrifter, you wont be disappointed.

Large parking lot. I was donating items and learned, after going inside and tracking down an employee, receiving of donations is done "around the back." After driving around, we found the open bay, with a tent, but no employees. We unloaded the car, thinking someone would be out shortly, but all we heard was music from their radio. We didn't need a receipt, but it would have been frustrating if we did. I appreciate this organization and the span of their charitable works, but after driving to multiple thrift stores making donations, this locations seems very understaffed.
