The instructors change the obstacles for the weekly class and can accommodate children of different ages and abilities. The instructors are top notch, great communicators and watching out for the children's safety. The class starts with a thorough warm up and then children are broken into their parkour or tumbling groups. They also offer private lessons for parkour or tumbling. I would highly recommend this business!

We we're all very well prepared for the knowledge checks. The pool portion of the training is really a great experience. We did the Friday, Saturday class. This worked best for our schedules. It makes for a long day, but Kim was patient and professional the entire day. If you have no knowledge or experience with diving, but have a desire to learn and an open mind, this is the place to go. You will leave class confident in your abilities.

I recently took the all female basic pistol course with AFT. There were 6 of us in the class, and…read morethe maximum class size is 12 so that everyone gets the necessary attention. I very much appreciated the small class size because it gave us more time to answer questions and for hands-on practice. Susan was our instructor, and she was great. She was both patient and eager with our questions, and quick to give a real life examples of the technical information provided. The two day course is perfect. The classroom day is heavy on safety and pistol knowledge. I thought that I wouldn't want all that information, but all of it was worthwhile. I ended that day comfortable with how a pistol works, how to handle misfires and hangfires, and how to safely grip and handle a pistol. I was initially nervous on the gun range day, but Tom, Susan and Michelle were so great - patient and encouraging. We were able to handle a variety of pistols and shot seated, standing with both hands and standing using one hand at a time. If found shooting oddly relaxing, and I zoned out a few times when shooting multiple shots at a time. I wanted to shoot more and if I'd had a gun, I could have. So if you have a gun, bring it with you (unloaded of course) and they'll work with you on your grip and shooting methods with it. It was hard to use so much of a weekend for this course (9:00-4:00 on Saturday and 8:30-2:00 on Sunday), but it was so, so worth it. Yelp 100 #60

These guys are top notch, and their instruction is suited to those who are beginners all the way to very experienced. Their understanding of ballistics proved particularly insightful for this course, and while I have a long way to go, this was a great introduction to this category, and I am very appreciative to Brian and John.
