We were all set up to work with her for our wedding, but we had to reschedule, so it, unfortunately, did not work out. Losing Jorden was the worst part of the reschedule! Her food was outstanding to say the least, our guests are still talking about it a year later if that tells you anything! To start off the evening we had cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres which consisted of an Artisan Spanish Cheese Display with Seasonal Berries & Crusty Baguette Slices and Heirloom Tomato & Fresno Chile Gazpacho Shots. For dinner we had a Spanish buffet which included Garlicky Shrimp with Avocado Oil, Spanish Chicken with Chorizo & Olives, Alcachofas al Ajillo, Fingerling Patatas Bravas, Toasted Marcona Almonds, and Smoky Lemon Aioli. The condiment bar was amazing and included Pickled Vegetables, Roasted Olives & Garlic, Salmorejo (Gazpacho Dip), Dates & Crumbled Bacon, and Blistered Padron Peppers & Sea Salt. Jorden catered our intimate wedding for 18 and not only was everything delicious, she was super easy to work with and was very accommodating throughout the whole process. We came from out of state, so there were several phone calls and emails. She always had a quick response time and answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. Everything ran so smoothly! Again, everything was delicious! We started with an artisanal cheese and charcuterie display, as well as pan seared scallop coins over avocado toast for the cocktail hour. Jorden catered our wedding on 4/23/2016 in Ben Lomond, CA. Jorden was a pleasure to work with. She is professional, personable, experienced, talented, and flexible. I found Jorden through Tumbtack, and after sifting through several grumpy/rigid people, we were lucky enough to come across Jorden and her company. We had an outdoor wedding for 150 people, and Jorden knew exactly what to do with keeping food hot and ready, and her staff did a fantastic job at keeping the event clean and orderly. The food was delicious! We opted for a Mexican style dinner with tequila lime shrimp, chicken verde, and a vegetarian option. The shrimp and chicken were very tasty and the texture was spot-on. However, most of the people on my wife's side are vegetarian, while my half are meat eaters. Jorden suggested a Soy-rizo, kale, eggplant which was magical. If we were to do our wedding over, we would certainly utilize Jorden and her staff. read more

We initially chose to work with Jorden because she didn't feel like just another caterer - she immediately took the time to talk to us and we could tell right away that she was really passionate about her work. Jorden catered our wedding with 120 guests on a farm in Pescadero, CA. She is a talented chef, very organized and prompt, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her. Jorden really does her homework - she met with us for a private tasting, visited our venue so she knew what she was dealing with, came with us to the rentals vendor and helped us select dishes and linens, and returned countless emails. She had a binder with all the information related to our wedding printed and labeled and was by far our most organized vendor! The food Jorden served was amazing! It was all family style, served one dish at a time, which really brought people together. I won't go into menu details but I will say that we got several compliments on the salmon, and a few people said it was they best food they'd had at a wedding. She prepared special meals for our guests with food restrictions, and for our other vendors, at no additional charge. Jorden went above and beyond to make our day great. To help us save money, she agreed to prepare and plate the appetizers, desserts, and cocktails that we had purchased separately. And when we realized we forgot to purchase beer for the dance party, she sent one of her staff out to the nearest town to buy provisions! On top of all this, Jorden is super nice and friendly. Jordan and her crew catered our intimate Big Sur wedding this past September and everything was AMAZING. We had originally arranged for dinner to be outside on the deck, but Mother Nature had other plans. It was incredibly windy when they arrived to set up, so she and her crew brought everything inside and set up inside the house. They were very "take charge" which was great because I was an emotional wreck getting ready for the ceremony and was not able to make rational decisions. Lol.
