But as I'm in line to throw down a couple hundred on items I can carry with two hands, I expect to be treated courteously, very least. I don't expect to be waiting patiently in what I believe is the line but rudely get hollered at by the beautiful girl behind the counter that I now have to move to the end of the line because "the line is over there." So yeah I wasn't standing on your dots ulta but I'm a human. Please smile when you are insinuating that I'm an idiot. Makes all the difference. I give one star because ulta offers unbelievable selection. And one star for the young lady who rang me up. (Not the line police) Ulta come on. Do better. I'm disappointed. I want to spend my hard earned cash in your fine establishment. But your representatives must need more attention or training in customer service. Oh and marked down hairspray in the discount shelf near the front. $8 for a full aluminum can with malfunctioning spray. Didn't work after First use. Come on trash it or send it back. Don't sale to your customers even at a discount. Or at least let me know I might be throwing money away. I will go back because I still believe.

I went back and showed them the "happy birthday" offer, but since my number was now linked to 2 accounts, they told me to call customer service. I told the cashier I just spent 15 minutes trying to prove to them I have an account, and do not feel like wasting another 15 on the phone with customer service for a $5 gift. It was so frustrating they cannot fix this issue in the store. The birthday gifts are worth $5 max. They guard these things with their life and make it impossible to claim a reward that they advertise. I have not had an issue claiming a bday gift in the last 3 years. It's not that deep, but total waste of time after spending so much money over the years

All the ink…read moreembedded within the superficial layers of my 60 year old mother's arm has, also, been put in by Mo. Yes, she is a fantastic tattoo artist. But let me take it a step further and omit the word tattoo for a moment. She is a very gifted and talented artist. If you review Mo's work, whether on a human, or on the canvas, you can easily see a glimpse of her deep artistic expression within it. You don't necessarily need to know this person, but reviewing her stuff on various internet platforms will give you an insight on what she does, how she does and more importantly how passionately she does. My experience with Mo is tattooing, thus I will keep this review strictly about that (though she also does other things which can be reflected on the said platforms). What I can confidently say about her work is that she listens. She acutely listens to the idea that the individual brings to her and is very aware of the fact that though, for her, it may be another tattoo, the person bringing it to her has come with something which may be very special to them. So she gives each consultation session the same importance. She has over a decade and a half of experience which can be seen in her confidence. She is confident enough to make suggestions and help drive an idea to its epitome; and still never takes complete charge and always is aware of the fact to have the person who is getting tattooed still call all the shots. She recommends, humbly; she suggests, creatively; and she modifies, appropriately and dynamically. By now, I have spent over fifty hours of 'under-the-needle' time with her. As simply as I can say this - she is good. Tattooing is not a pain free process. But the care with which the person tattooes makes all the difference. Various aspects of her sessions - her machine is sound free. You know that classic tattooing sound - at least for me that nerve-racking at first. SO me now hearing anything makes all the difference. At this point its different now but at first this was huge. Next, her music selection is DIVERSE. I can't emphasize this how important music can be and how kick ass her music playlists are. Also, she can gauge really well how the client is doing under the needle by body language and the overall perception of pain being exhibited by the client. She modifies, slows down, takes a break or beasts through the session based on how YOU are doing. Also, she can talk you out of the worst pain areas, move around, IF NEEDED, and do all sorts of different tricks to help ease the overall experience. I, personally, wouldn't take the experience any other way. If it were easily placed under the skin, it definitely wouldn't be worth it. So, so sum up this essay - Mo is gifted, talented (very), creative AF, and really can help you bring an idea to life in its fullest potential. I am for sure going back.

Needless to say, the poor girl has scrapes all over her face and it's very evident that she face planted. She's 15 and very much feeling the sting of having her face affected by this already. How can you call yourself a professional and treat a kid coming in to be seen for something this way?! I'm appalled and disgusted by the fact that an adult, much less a professional adult who bases their practice on helping to improve people's confidence in their looks could behave this way to a teenage girl.
