I had the sweetest, companionate, helpful and knowledgeable lady helping me. I would HIGHLY recommend this small shop. She also explained the correct way to care for my wig. I went in wanting a human hair wig. She told me the pros and cons of that and a synthetic wig. She was spot on - I would not have been able to able to care for the human hair wig. The synthetic wig (with the curls permanently in place) was just what I needed. Wash and shake and air dry. Looked most like the naturally curly hair that I had before chemo. Felt so comfortable and confident with " my new hair".

She wouldnt give me my discount, was snapping at me and guests and let people cut in front of me because she was frustrated or bothered by something. I told her i felt uncomfortable and want to check out with the other employee at the other register and she passive aggressively said no and put my items away and checked out other customers having me wait there very confused at whats happening. Its unfortunate because this place is close to my house and it's convenient for me to come here however i will not be returning again. Will be reporting this buisness to the buisness bureau. Unnacceptable and embarrassing.
