Terrible follow up as well as speaking skills. I have been in retail over 35 years , and won many award for handling of customers. I contacted this company for replacement decorative log siding that had Started rotting after 18 years They had bought the company that supplied the lumber/ kit 13 years ago. Naturally I reached out to them for replacements. After literally 6 months of phone calls with two or three different people handling the inquiry they asked for actual photos of the requested logs. I had my carpenters climb up on the roof, measuring the logs and took pictures with my I phone. I sent them and was quoted $623 which I paid, God Forbid I should call an inquire after ten days when they would be shipped, got my head bit off for that call by Bridget. Logs show up , my carpenters came two weeks later opened up the boxes, wrong logs. They were outside wall support logs , over twice the expense needed. As soon as I mentioned the problem it was all my fault, ok I need the logs it's now late September winter is coming. I pony up another $228 for the correct logs and told them I want to talk to the owners when this is over. I got the it's all your fault you didn't tell us they were decorative logs response, but yes I did. We will look into it and get back to you. A month later I filed a BBB complaint and they sent me a letter stating it was all my fault. Stay away from this business at all costs!! Absolutely the epitome of bad customer service skills and follow through!!

I needed replacement dormer logs due to a rotting issue on 6 trim pieces. 6 months later after actual measurements were sent with detailed photos of the actual dormers and rotted logs. $623 paid after 6 months of back and forth I receive the logs, WRONG ONES --FULL SIZE SUPPORT LOGS NOT TRIM PIECES AS IN THE PICTURES. However its all my fault!! I pay another $225 for the right cut trim logs which are now installed on the house. I asked to be contacted by the owners Nothing until last week when I received a call from one of the same gals I dealt with and a member of the Stephenson family..." I'll dedicate an hour to this tomorrow and call you with my decision" . Once again no call or email back, TWO WEEK'S AGO TODAY .Probably the worst run business I've ever dealt with! Not to mention rude and condescending! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

He hasn't done that or returned her money.
