They will charge you half of the quoted price before you ever get cleaned and if you are not happy after they clean you have to allow them to come back even if you have already cleaned it yourself.

I would…read moreprobably rate this company 3.5 stars, maybe 4 on its face but I recently had an unpleasant experience that many people may find themselves if they choose to utilize this company. Ellie's company has a policy where they charge $35 flat for a returned payment (very fair), but they also charge an additional $10 per day for late fees. Theres no limit on the $10 late fees so if you're like me and didn't realize that the payment was returned and not charged for 16 days... that's right, you just earned $160 in late fees for your $250 cleaning fee. So now your single time, non extensive clean is over $400 for a 1500 sq ft home. "Well Derek, you probably should've read their policies or FAQs page from their website so you were aware of the reprecussions of late fees", you're probably saying to yourself right now. Oddly enough, I did before seeking out there services. You won't find a single mention of this policy under their "policies" tab or their FAQ.... In fact, the only place you will find it is in the fine print of the bottom of their agreement for services in a lengthy email. Now I know that we all read the 236 page (To be fair, their email wasn't 236 pages, and I'm exaggerating this part) terms and conditions each time you update your iphone or sign up for literally anything online now a days so not sure how I missed this one... Would not recommend, but I do wish their staff and the individual who cleaned regularly for me for 6 months the best.
