When I entered, staff welcomed me and showed me where the water was and the bathroom. Once it was my time, Meredith met me in the lobby and then walked me back. I told her I was looking for a massage that focused more on my back and feet as that is where my pain was. She started me on my belly and focused on my back. At one point she ended up using hot stones which I did not expect, but it added to the experience. Then she focused on my calves and feet. It was all a good pressure. When I flipped over, she focused on my neck and that helped to provide a lot of relief. The 60 minutes always goes too fast. I felt a lot better leaving my appointment.

I too, purchased a Groupon for a Couples Massage a solid 4-5 months ago, and the earliest available appointment was December (which I learned after calling and leaving messages 4-5 times). Anywho, we scheduled for today. Our appointment was at 6pm, and about 5:30 I received a text saying they were running 20 mins late. At least they provided a heads up, but was super annoying when I had already left work early due to their time constraints. We arrived after 6, to be informed "your appointment was at 6." Clearly The girl who checked us in had no idea about the text. We were told to sit in the lobby, an older lady put a tray if hot towels in between us, she said to let them cool. She came back a few minutes later asking if we had neck tension or wanted a hot towel on our necks, we said yes and she informed us "you should've done that when I brought the towels over". We waited for a bit for our massage, and they took us to their "lower level"-out the front door and through the alley. We were given a room with the bathroom connected, which was nice. I explained that my right shoulder was super tight. I was only given a poor quality sheet-no blanket or bed warmer and it was so cold. The masseuse squirted the oil directly on to me instead of in his hands first. He did nothing to work out the tension in my shoulder-I think at times he had no clue what to do. Our one hour massage (that was late) lasted about 40 minutes. We were then offered aromatherapy that takes "about 3 extra minutes". We agreed to do that...the water took 7-8 minutes to warm up, then we had probably 2 minutes to enjoy it. We still tipped appropriately, but I'll stick to my Massage Envy membership and won't return for another visit. I hope they treat their non-Groupon folks much better.

Facial was right at 30 minutes, and the esthetician talked incessantly. Best was yet to come, when I went to check out no one knew how to run a credit card. I had to wait to pay for my service, after waiting an hour for my service. The person up front put me on the phone with someone to process my payment. They took my credit card over the phone?!? I would have protested, but I wanted to get out of there! Overall, I paid full price for total nonsense. HORRIBLE.

The Bella Mia girls have done a great job adding warmth to this space and the services they offer are as spectacular as ever. There is ample parking around this building. You just need to take the elevator up a floor to be brought to their lobby. There is still a space for manicures, pedicures, facial, waxing, massage, and more. No longer does hair. Shelves are filled with fun and functional products and gift certificates available for sale at the front desk so friends and family can come to love this place too. On this visit I had a custom facial with Susan. She always makes my skin feel 1000% better than it was before. I'm typically very dry and left hydrated and with much needed waxed eyebrows. You can just feel her years of experience. I also had a great massage. I remember being woke up at the end, so clearly it knocked me out! It's a bit of a drive to get here with where I live now but it is worth it (and my friends agree). We all do so much and need some "me time." I wanted a facial but also want a massage. Well, I get to have both with the 90 minute bliss. It includes a deep cleansing facial, customized face mask, exfoliation treatment on hands and feet, and a relaxing neck, shoulder, hand, and foot massage. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the receptionist. I checked in and filled out a card since it was my first time. I wrote down all my skin concerns. Susan then took me to the treatment room. I felt in zen just by entering the room. The treatment bed was soooooo comfy and warm!! Susan explained everything what she's going to do. She's super nice and her voice's so calming! What a wonderful experience! Facial was awesome and I left feeling so relaxed! I told one of my friends who hadn't had a facial or massage to go with me next time to try it. We can have a "girls' day out" with facial, lunch and shopping. I highly recommend to give them a try if you haven't been here. They have a wide array of services available.
